This is a must-do!!!

Punctual, charming pick-up and return to hotel. Collected bikes with short distance to ride on quiet road to get to desert. Bikes very easy to operate and quite manageable but tricky on some terrain. But that’s the fun! Great views of the pyramids, but I think the Sphinx too small/far to see. My son wasn’t confident and so had a guide sit up on front of his bike the whole way. Can’t recommend enough!! A must-do!! Great value.

A great experience

The quad biking experience around the pyramids is great. I believe it’s the cheapest that you’ll find too. Every time I’m back in Cairo, I bring new friends to do this experience with me. I’ve done it three times now.

Amazing but do pyramids first, quad bikes later

Excellent guide and must say we were thankful for also having a good driver (traffic in Cairo is insane and one will appreciate good and mindful driver more than anywhere else). Quad bike tour was really good and experience in itself. You go through some street where locals live which is an eye opener in itself, you pass many horse riders and then you get to drive across dunes in the desert with excellent views over the pyramids and the city of Cairo. Absolute adventure not to be missed. You get to do some jumps and driving on two wheels too (if you consent). Then we were taken to the pyramids area. The guide we had here was the best out of any guide we had later in Egypt (we had 5 different other guides). Lunch was eeally good too and we were picked up on time and dropped off at the aieport on time too. Our only suggestion for anyone would be to go to the pyramids first before all the crowds, and do the quad bikes tour later. It would not only allow to enjoy the pyramids better but also would result in a lot less traffic getting in and out and more time actual sight seeing. The heat kicked in too. You have power to tell your preference to the guide. Also unless you cannot do without shopping, try to avoid repeated suggestions to be taken to a shopping trip. Our guide was fortunately respectful and not too pushy (like others we experienced later). Also, in our opinion, it is not worth to pay and climb into the Grand pyramid as an extra add on. It is insane hot inside, very small steep corridor and no system. People keep pushing up or down as they climb in the very narrow space. All insane sweaty due to the heat. Unless this changes spare you money and time and admire the pyramids from outside. There is nothing but empty walls inside. The pyramid front restaurants can provide one of the best views anywhere.

Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cairo.

How much does Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert cost?

+

Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cairo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert take?

+

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cairo is not rushed.

Is Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 42 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cairo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert?

+

Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cairo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cairo and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Best Adventure Tours Visit Giza Pyramids and ATV Quad Bike Ride in Desert start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cairo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cairo?

+

On Outty we rank every Cairo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include All-in-One Giza Tour, inside Pyramid, sphinx, Camel ride & lunch, VIP Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx Tour –Inside the Pyramids&More, Best of Cairo Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Grand Museum Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cairo?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cairo?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
