Gladly again
Very nice, friendly staff, but speak only English also the contract on site was in English (behaviours etc.). We were there as a family with 3 children. Bicycle pass sizes check due to size, our youngest (size 125 cm) was no problem on demand & short test ride.

Nice walk in complete freedom in Berlin.
Taking a bike ride in Berlin is great. The city is really bike friendly; flat and equipped for bikes. To do!

Terrible bike condition
After I lost chain in bike and back to rental point (2-3 km walk) asking to replace the bike to better one allowing me to catch rest of my group, they offered me the same kind of the bike, that I fully understood, but due to the issue was caused by terrible condition of the bike, I exped being compensated to allow me contine trip with my group. Zero understanding, where issue was caused by bike condition. Finally I resigned and my time were gone.
Response from the operator: Dear Guiciu_nickname, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to maintain all our bikes in top condition, and it is unfortunate that the chain on your bike broke during your rental. The bike you rented was brand new, having been used by only one or two customers prior to your rental. Additionally, the other 14 adults in your group returned their bikes without any issues, indicating that this was an isolated incident. When you returned to our shop, we offered you another bike of the same style to allow you to continue your trip. We understand that you declined this offer, opting instead to return to your hotel. We regret that this situation caused you inconvenience and disrupted your plans. Please know that your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our services. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything we can do to make this right, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip to Berlin. Thank you Thor!
I was originally going to just rent a bike and try and tour the city myself, I'm glad I didn't! I don't believe I would have gotten the full rich history of Berlin without a knowledgeable guide and Thor was that guide! He was very knowledgeable, well spoken with an outgoing, fun, energetic personality. He brought Berlin's landmarks to life and I was able to get a fuller understanding of the city and its' people.

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Berlin.
How much does Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals cost?
+
Prices start at $6 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Berlin usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals take?
+
Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Berlin is not rushed.
Is Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Berlin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Berlin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Berlin and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Berlin Bike and Electric Bike Rentals start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Berlin within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Berlin?
+
On Outty we rank every Berlin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Berlin's Best: 2 Hour Walking Tour Third Reich and the Cold War, Communist East Berlin and Berlin Wall Small Group Walking Tour, Sachsenhausen concentration camp.. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Berlin?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Berlin?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
