Our tour guide Susan was...
Our tour guide Susan was excellent. She spoke English well and was very knowledgeable. In terms of the history and culture, she explained things well and recommended a wonderful Peking Duck restaurant and also a traditional Chinese teahouse. She also was very good with our 2 kids to the point they called her Auntie by the end of the trip. She customized the tour to fit our needs in particular making adjustmentd to suit our kids. The driver was also very helpful with or luggage and bags and also with helping us with the car seat and strollers for the kids. Overall this was a wonderful tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so happy to hear your family had a great time with Susan. She loves sharing Beijing's history and culture while making every tour enjoyable for guests of all ages. We're also glad our driver could make your journey comfortable. We hope to welcome your family back to Beijing someday! Your Beijing Guide Team

Great/positive experience!
Larry was great with communications right from the start. We erroneously booked the trip to start the wrong day. The only way I was able to contact the tour company was through the Viator app. I did that and Larry responded quickly and accommodated us, keeping our two day trip to start one day later. He also communicated by WhatsApp and WeChat. At the last minute, we realized we needed transfers to and from the airport and he arranged for that separately. We paid the driver directly. We had an English speaking guide, Peter, who was very knowledgeable, and also accommodating with dietary/religious needs. Where we had questions about the restaurant, he went and found the answer for us. all emissions tickets were pre-reserved/purchased and it was really easy to get through the lines for us. When we were at the Great Wall, it was decided on the way there that we would do the cable car and Larry arranged for those tickets to be purchased and ready for use when we arrived at the site. The driver, Mr. Liu was a very careful driver and we felt very safe. He was always around when we were done with our excursion. We never had to wait too long if at all. He drives a nice and reliable/comfortable BYD EV. He doesn’t talk, though.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed and kind review 😊 We’re really glad we could help adjust your itinerary smoothly and make everything work out despite the initial booking change. It’s great to hear you enjoyed your time with Peter and felt well taken care of throughout the trip, from the entrance arrangements to the Great Wall experience. We also appreciate your feedback about Mr. Liu and will pass it along to the team. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you again in Beijing or other destinations in the future! Warm regards, Your Beijing Guide Team

Best experience, totally worth it!!
Just finished a two-day private tour of Beijing with Larry from ATOZ TOURS and it was fantastic. He took care of every detail—tickets, transport, great local food—so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Larry knows how to give you space to wander while still being right there with stories and tips that bring each spot to life. He showed us the big highlights but also tucked-away markets, little hutong cafés and corners of the city we’d never have found on our own. Friendly, funny and totally professional, he made the whole trip feel effortless. We’ve already told friends to book with him and we’d do it again in a heartbeat. If you want the best support to experience China up close, this tour is absolutely worth it and we would repeat without hesitation.
Response from the operator: We’re deeply grateful for your thoughtful feedback. It’s guests like you who inspire us to do our best every day. Thank you for trusting Atoz Tours with your journey—we’re honored to have been part of your travel story. — Atoz Tours

Friendly and Honest Guide and Driver
I went to Beijing with my dad in 2017. Larry was my driver and tour guide. He brought us to Forbidden City, Tiananmen, Shichahai, one of the 13 Ming Tombs, Mutianyu Great Wall, and Summer Palace. He was a friendly and honest guide. I would highly recommend him.
Response from the operator: Wow, thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your trip and had a great time with us. Your happiness means the world to our team. We can’t wait to see you again in China someday! — Atoz Tours

Larry was a great host!
Larry was awesome. He was recommended by a friend of mine and so I hired him to take me to the Great Wall for the day. It was an amazing experience and he alleviated all concerns. Larry knows the best way to tailor your experience based on what you're looking for, whether it's authentic food, popular destinations, or avoiding the crowds. There are numerous places to go see the Great Wall and each has its own experience, which you could tell Larry was an expert at across the board. Larry's English is very good and he helped guide me as I have zero ability to speak Mandarin. I plan to contact Larry next time I'm in Beijing or nearby. Highly recommend.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. At Atoz Tours, we are committed to delivering curated journeys with personalized service. We're glad we met your expectations and look forward to creating more unique travel moments with you in the future. — Atoz Tours

Why this scores 77
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Beijing.
How much does Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights cost?
+
Prices start at $109 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Beijing usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Beijing is not rushed.
Is Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Beijing, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Beijing can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Beijing and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Beijing in 2 Days: All-Inclusive Private Tour of Top 6 Highlights start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Beijing within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Beijing?
+
On Outty we rank every Beijing experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mubus: Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour with Summer Palace Options, Beijing: Top 6 Highlights All Inclusive 2-Day Private Tour, Private Mutianyu Great Wall Trip With English-Speaking Driver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Beijing?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Beijing?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
