ADAM WITH CATHERINE LU TOURS
I have nothing but gratitude and wonderful memories. Adam (Catherine Lu tours) provided excellent support, oustanding level of English, and was incredibly patient and considerate with my family. We were a large family traveling with young children and teenagers so there were certainly some intense moments, but he handled everything with great patience, professionalism and kindness. THANK YOU ADAM!!

Wonderful trip to Beijing and China
We booked out trip to Beijing and 2 weeks in China with Cathrine Lu tours. We had a wonderful trip, despite really hot weather in August and big Chinese tourist crowds. Everything went very smoothly and was well organized. We had drivers who were on time (and early), ready with clean, air conditioned cars. Our tour guides were all excellent, very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. We had Justin for our Beijing guide and he was great. He helped us get through the heat and the crowds, and was very flexible. He brought us to great restaurants, with different cuisine every day. We were very satisfied with Cathrine Lu tours and would highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend Catherine Lu Tours
We booked with Catherine Lu Tours for a seven day time period in Beijing. Each day we did a new tour with them! All the tours were amazing but some highlights were The Great Wall of China (obviously), Beihai Park (thanks Catherine Lu Tours for suggesting it), Jingshan Park to over look the Forbidden City and the Hutong food tours. Bill was our tour guide for each day! He was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful, charismatic, and accommodating. If you get Bill as your tour guide consider yourself lucky!! His passion and knowledge of Beijing and the Chinese culture was infectious. We learned so much. Thanks again to Bill for making our tours even better than we could’ve imagined!! Booking the tours with Catherine Lu Tours was also very easy. They were more than happy to answer all my questions prior to booking. One note I would say was that due to the time differences it sometimes took a few days to reply to emails, which to me was very understandable. Pricing for the tours were very reasonable. Catherine Lu tours was well organized and accommodating. We even requested a few additional stops during our time in Beijing and they were very agreeable to the changes. We would highly recommend booking with Catherine Lu Tours if you are going to China/Beijing!

Exceptional 3 day tour!!!
We had an absolutely exceptional experience on our private tour of Beijing with James and our driver, Mr John. From the moment we were picked up, everything was perfectly organised, allowing us to relax and simply enjoy this incredible city. Our guide was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their passion for Beijing’s history and culture was infectious, and they shared fascinating stories that brought each attraction to life. Visiting the Great Wall was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. James knew the best viewpoints, shared the rich history of this incredible landmark, and ensured we had plenty of time to take in the breathtaking scenery and capture amazing photos without ever feeling rushed. Whether we were exploring the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, or wandering through the traditional hutongs, every stop was enriched by their expert commentary and local insights. James also happens to be an excellent photographer, and we appreciated the stops for photos of us in key places. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned while remaining flexible enough to suit our interests and pace. We never felt rushed and appreciated having the freedom to spend extra time at the places we loved most. The private vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and made travelling between sites effortless. What made this tour truly unforgettable was the personalised service. James anticipated every need, offered fantastic recommendations for dishes at the local restaurants, and ensured we had the very best experience possible. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just tourists. Mr John was an excellent driver, always punctual, courteous, and ensuring every journey was safe and comfortable. This was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our entire trip to China. If you’re looking for a first-class private tour of Beijing—especially one that includes an unforgettable visit to the Great Wall—I cannot recommend James and Mr John highly enough. It exceeded all of our expectations and created memories we’ll treasure for years to come. Thank you Catherine Lu tours for an unforgettable three days.

Happy to be in Beijing with Catherine Lu Tours
Good works by Catherine Lu Tours for all the seamless airport pick-up, travel and tour arrangements. Special thanks to Justin and Mr Lu for taking good care of us these 3 days. Justin has been very sincere and clear in sharing with us the many stories about Beijing and the historical sites. This value added to not just sightseeing but also for us to learn more in-depth about the deep culture of China. Mr Lu has been very swift but careful on the road in bringing us around. We thank them both for their warm welcome, and our child has enjoyed the trip very much with their company as well.

Why this scores 94
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Beijing.
How much does Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $240 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Beijing usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Beijing is not rushed.
Is Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 94 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 280 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Beijing, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.
Can I cancel or reschedule Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour?
+
Around 98 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Beijing can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Beijing and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Beijing: All Inclusive 3-Day Top Highlights Private Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Beijing within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Beijing?
+
On Outty we rank every Beijing experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mubus: Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour with Summer Palace Options, Beijing: Top 6 Highlights All Inclusive 2-Day Private Tour, Private Mutianyu Great Wall Trip With English-Speaking Driver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Beijing?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Beijing?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
