National Mosque (Masjid Negara)

Barely considered average tour.
A driver alone provided minimal information throughout tour. We knew nothing about the city, and had hoped to come away with knowing facts about the city and places visited; that didn’t happen. BATU Caves were very well worth visiting; a guide would have added history and facts about the temple itself, how it was discovered, and events held inside and outside the caves. The driver did accompany us to a botanical garden, but provided minimal information throughout.

Around KL in a few hours
Was fun day and fully custom! Sangaran was great guide who knew his way around the crazy traffic of KL- took us to Bantu Caves 1st (almost a must- physically better in cooler AM & heard from another taxi later on that 3hrs later was jammed and couldn’t take pics or move freely). There were a couple of TTrap shops lined up and like a timeshare presentation just rolled with it- He planned the day perfectly and was great with our 10 yr old daughter. As to the tour itself- Caves, Chinese Temple, and Batik Silk painting were great for us- did mainly drive bus on some of the other spots ( Central Market, ChinaTown- headed there that night & Petronas Towers/KLCC because we were staying in that area. Overall, great way to see the main points of KL on our time- just what we wanted, done early to beat heat at our hotel pool by early afternoon! Thanks again Sangaran for the full KL experience!
