Fun time.
It was interesting and fun way to spend a half day. I would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could. The hostess Lan was the nicest person. I just thought I was gonna be in a deeper, thicker jungle river as the picture showed on the website. Food and coffee was great.

Well rounded tour and experience
This tour was a lot of fun and our boat guide was funny. We got the chance to go fishing with two types of nets (didn’t catch anything) and went hunting for crabs after which was more fun than I expected. Afterwards, the lunch was good and the coffee lesson was fun. She let us try coffee at Vietnamese strength and at a lower strength. The weather was hot but the coffee and lunch is in the shade with fans.

Must do on your bucket list
This was a wonderful experience. The people are so friendly and helpful. The coffee making was really interesting and the whole family enjoyed it. Lunch...delicious. I recommend this trip to everyone.

Not happy in Da Nang
We were mislead thinking that we would get picked up at our hotel at 9am, based on the ticket information in the app. We were so looking forward to this experience. We didn't hear anything from the tour company or Viator leading up to the day. We were ready at 8:45 in the lobby of our hotel. When no one showed up, I attempted to contact the operator through the Viator app, no one responded. At about 9:15 I contacted Viator using the app. They said that last year when I booked, the tour company sent me a notification that I didn't book the pickup/drop-off so we would have to meet them at their office. Neither the tour company or Viator reminded me of that and in my bookings in the app, it showed that the pickup was at my hotel at 9:00 am. This was a misunderstanding that could have been prevented with communication. We have used Viator in several countries for our excursions, this is the first time that something like this has happened. They said that my refund would take 7-10 days to get back. I didn't want a refund, we wanted to go on the tour that we booked last year and was excited about it until this morning when we didn't get to go.
