Don’t buy your ticket from this company

They charge you €59 for a ticket you can get directly from the official website for €18. And they can’t confirm the entry time you choose. Mine was an hour later. Don’t use this company!

Response from the operator: Dear guest Thanks for sharing your feedback, we are sorry to hear about your experience, Upon reviewing your booking, it appears there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the pricing and scheduling. The total amount you paid includes not only the entry ticket but also services such as the audio tour and booking fees. Regarding the entry time, while we do our best to secure the preferred time slot selected during booking, availability is managed by the venue and, in some cases, slight adjustments may occur.

audio did not work because there is no internet connection at Park Guell

No audio- staff reported that the internet never works there. Getting in and walking around was fine but spent a lot of wasted time trying to get the audio finally giving up when staff said that it never works there.

Response from the operator: Dear guest we are glad you had an easy access to Park Guell with these tickets, we are sorry about the connectivity issues that you faced.

Park Güell but without Audio Guide

Park Guell is a great place to visit. It would be a lot better if we did get the Audio Guide. There were only instruction on how to download the app but no instruction on how to get it working. Tried contacting the tour operator on Whatsapp but no response. I asked the park staff, they said there is not audio guide for the park. We requested a refund for the Audio Guide portion of the ticket but the tour operator rejected. I would recommend to just get the Park Guell ticket not with the Audio Guide.

Response from the operator: Dear guest we are glad that you had an easy access to the Park Guell with these tickets, we are sorry to hear about the connectivity issues.

It did not disappoint! Amazing!!

Park Guell is the reason my husband and I wanted to bring our adult children with us on this trip. It did not disappoint. Our children loved it as much as we did.

Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.

How much does Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide cost?

+

Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide take?

+

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.

Is Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Barcelona: Reserved Group Entrance to Park Güell with Audio Guide start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Barcelona?

+

Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

+

May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Barcelona?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
