Sharon was very well...
Sharon was very well informed and delightful to talk to. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when one member of our party fell ill and had to drop out during the tour.

First Barcelona stay
My wife and I had a wonderful time with Victoria. Her extensive historical knowledge and enthusiasm made our personal tour one of the best we have done in over 40 years of traveling. Never was rushed, had delicious Tapas, drinks, and a great show to top off the night.

Great private tour. Did...
Great private tour. Did not realize it was private. Our guide was excellent. Even helped us with activities and dinner recommendations for the following day. He vas very friendly and informative. Would actually ask for Horacio again for any tour the next time in Barcelona

Above and beyond
This tour was excellent. I did not realize it was a private tour. Horacio was warm funny and really knew his stuff. Took the time to make sure we understood everything presented and was a wealth of information. Above and beyond the historical sites. This included suggestions for what to do the next day and where to eat

We have been on several...
We have been on several food tours and this was our least favourite. Partly my fault as I didn't realize that we would only have one food stop. Typically in a food tour, I have always had multiple stops for various food options along the way so if this is something you are expecting, maybe try a different tour. We sat with our guide who ordered a few tapas at one restaurant. We got cava at dinner and a drink at the show. We did not get wine as mentioned in the description. Flamenco show was not amazing. We were in the back row of a small venue with a big pole blocking the one side of the stage. Although that didn't really matter because there was a limited amount of dancing and mostly a person playing the guitar.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. All inclusions are clearly described in the tour details, including the food and drinks provided, so we always recommend reviewing the description carefully before booking. The flamenco show is one of the highest-rated in the city, although seating is assigned by the venue and we regret that your view was not ideal. We appreciate your comments and will share them with the venue.

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.
How much does Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show cost?
+
Prices start at $79 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.
Is Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 102 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show?
+
Around 36 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Barcelona Private Tour: Tapas & Wine Tasting with Flamenco Show start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Barcelona?
+
Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Barcelona?
+
May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Barcelona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
