    1. Basilica de la Sagrada Familia

Construction of La Sagrada Familia began in 1882 and continues to this day, standing as one of the world’s most extraordinary architectural achievements. Blending neo-Gothic elements with Gaudí’s visionary design, the basilica is dedicated to the Holy Family and renowned for its three grand façades — the Nativity, the Passion, and the Glory — each portraying moments from the life of Jesus. Inside, vibrant stained glass windows bathe the space in color, while 18 soaring towers symbolize Christ, the Gospels, the Virgin Mary, and the 12 Apostles. Fittingly, Gaudí rests eternally within his greatest masterpiece.

Tour Sagrad Familia and Park Guell with ease

Jordi is a passionate and week-informed tour guide! He navigated us through Sagrada Família and Park Guell with ease, clearly appreciating each space while sharing his wealth of knowledge with us. We spent 2 hours at Sagrada Família, then taxi’d to Park Guell, where we wandered and learned for another 40 minutes or so. Our experience was everything we wanted in a tour - engaging, informative and stress-free. Muchas gracias!

An Exceptional La Sagrada Família Tour with Jordi

Our tour of La Sagrada Família with Jordi was an extraordinary experience. He brought Gaudí’s masterpiece to life through his deep knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to explain complex ideas in a way that was both accessible and captivating. Jordi provided an incredibly thoughtful and in-depth analysis of the basilica’s design, highlighting Gaudí’s intentional use of light, height, nature, color, and spatial depth to create a truly immersive spiritual and architectural experience. He went beyond simply describing what we were seeing — he helped us understand the vision, symbolism, and innovation behind every element of the structure. His comprehensive knowledge of La Sagrada Família’s history, Gaudí’s creative process, and the ongoing work to complete the remaining sections of the basilica added another layer of appreciation to the visit. Jordi seamlessly connected the architecture, engineering, art, and history to provide a complete understanding of why this landmark is unlike anything else in the world. Beyond his expertise, Jordi was warm, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the tour. He created a personalized experience, encouraged questions, and made every moment feel meaningful. This was far more than a sightseeing tour — it was an unforgettable opportunity to see La Sagrada Família through the eyes of someone who truly understands and appreciates Gaudí’s genius. Jordi is an exceptional guide, and I cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.

How much does Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private cost?

    +

Prices start at $129 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private take?

    +

Plan for about 3.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.

Is Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 30 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private?

    +

Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Barcelona Highlights Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Semi-Private start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Barcelona?

    +

Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

    +

May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Barcelona?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
