Awesome destination, very unorganized and non- delivered service by Tripadvisor
I paid for a complete tour of the sagrada Familia and climbing the tower as well. Upon arrival I was not allowed to climb up the towers due to overbooking. I am formally requesting a reimbursement on the amount that I paid to climb one of the towers or the service was not rendered.
Response from the operator: Dear customer, we are sorry for your bad experience. We think that it's not our product, we don't sell tickets to Sagrada Familia. We are Segway tours provider. Could you please confirm your booking? And please delete your review from our company and make it in the proper one. Regards Euro Segway Barcelona

Fun 3 hour tour of the city
Wife: We had a wonderful experience with our guide Phillip. We saw some wonderful sights of the City and stopped for photos. He ensured we were safe along the way and made it a very informative and pleasant experience. We recommend! Husband: it was a 10 year anniversary and a tour of Barcelona in the heat with Segways was a great experience. Philip is a great guide gave us the history of Barcelona some it's great secrets and his infectious personality. He was great fun. Make sure you ask for Philip he keeps you safe and engaged for the entire time.

I Luv Segway Riding!
I love riding Segways. Our guide was very nice-He was considerate of everyones ability & comfort with the device. He gave excellent informative historical facts. The beach area was my favorite-So beautiful & Breezy. We got a very goid overview but felt like we missed out on up close & personal of the main sites mainly because these devices are not crowd friendly. I had a great time riding and would recommend for anyone who just likes to have outdoor fun.

Our guide was responsive to our needs. Ouron
One of our group was a little concerned about riding a Segway. Our quide paid special attention to her and assisted at all the street crossing and areas she was hesitant. Also, his narration was good
Response from the operator: Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re really glad to hear that your guide took extra care to support everyone in the group, especially where there were some initial concerns. Making sure all our guests feel safe and comfortable—particularly at crossings and busier areas—is very important to us 😊 It’s also great to know you enjoyed the narration along the way. We always aim to make the tour both informative and enjoyable! We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future. Segway a great way to cruise the city!
Found them on TripAdvisor because of their high rating. Our tour guide was Philip and we had a private tour just the three of us. The Segway's were nice and he gave us a quick tutorial in the square to practice. The tour went through old town then to a plaza, the main strips along the water, the beach, parks, and throughout the Olympic village. Every stop he gave us a little bit of history about the two world fairs that were held in Barcelona as well as the Olympic Games. It was super exciting zooming through the streets and alleys of the city. We felt safe the whole time and never had any issues. Just make sure you ask to stop for photo ops as he was ready to zoom off each time.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your great review! We’re delighted you chose us and enjoyed your private tour with Philip 😊 It’s wonderful to hear you felt safe, had fun riding the Segways, and liked the mix of sights and historical insights along the way. We also appreciate your note about photo stops—we’ll definitely keep that in mind! Hope to see you again! You’re always welcome to visit us in Prague, Budapest, or Lisbon. Why this scores 86
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.
How much does Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway cost?
+
Prices start at $3 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway take?
+
Plan for about 0.1 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.
Is Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 86 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 274 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 12. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 0.1-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway?
+
Around 96 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 0.1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Barcelona Guided Tour on Segway start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Barcelona?
+
Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Barcelona?
+
May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Barcelona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
