More than just great local craft beer!
I have been on a few craft beer tours but this was the first one where we could actually chat to the brewer! Matt showed us around and enlightened us on the brewing process and welcomed questions. This was a great way to start this wonderful tour hosted by the very friendly, Kiki! After the behind-the-scenes tour, we went to 2 authentic and influential craft beer bars that we would not have found on our own. Kiki made us feel welcome instantly and provided lots of information on the beer scene and gave us an insight to life in Barcelona. .We really enjoyed the mini history talk between each bar.

Brewery visit
The visit was really great, we visited one craft beer production in the city center and went for a tour of 3 other beer bars Alex was awesome and gave us great explanations and tips for the city Highly recommend this tour for a great experience with friends

Exceeded all my expectations!
This tour was phenomenal! I had signed up with the hope of visiting some cool bars and drinking some good beer. While we certainly did that, the tour was so much more. We met at BlackLab Brewhouse, where one of the proprietors, Matt showed us around the facility and explained their craft brewing process to us, relating how different ingredients would result in the different varieties of beer. After a great beer there, we were off to CatBar. On the way, Kiki showed us several historic buildings and explained their significance. I am sure these are places the ordinary tours of the city would not hit, and certainly not with the detail we learned. At CatBar, we enjoyed another beer, some great conversation, and some tapas. Then it was on to Craft. This bar is housed in a centuries, possibly millennia, old building. Another beer and more conversation wound up the evening. Oh, and there was an open mic night going on with some very talented participants. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable evenings I can remember. I highly recommend it and will repeat it when I go back to Barcelona.

Great tour and great beer
This was a highlight of my visit to Barcelona. Kiki was great, very personable and open to questions. The tour started at BlackLab brewhouse and Matt, one of the proprietors gave us a detailed tour of the facility, explaining the process from start to finish. We had a beer there and then moved on to Cat Bar for another round. On the way, Kiki told us some history and pointed out some historic buildings. Finally, we went to Craft, in a building that dates back to Roman times. Another round of beer and live music. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

Why this scores 73
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.
How much does Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars cost?
+
Prices start at $49 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.
Is Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 32 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Barcelona Craft Beer Tour with a Brewery Tour and 3 Local Bars start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Barcelona?
+
Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Barcelona?
+
May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Barcelona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
