What you make it !!
Overall experience was fun I had a ball and made the best out of it , BUT The actual yacht isn’t as big as the pictures & they don’t clarify certain stipulations and then began to be overly rude when getting question about it . Example “you can have 4 drivers for the jet skis fill out the paper work and come on “ but don’t mention all 4 of our drivers has to go on the jet skis within 30 min time frame & then proceed to tell us some of our ppl can’t ride together after they done started the timer for the 30 min . Just get a regular the pink isn’t worth the money you spend for them to treat you rudely AFTER they have already received your money

Certain riding restrictions are also based on safety requirements and must be followed by the Jet Ski provider. That said, we’re concerned to hear that you felt our team was rude when you asked for clarification. That is not the experience we want any guest to have, and we will review the communication with our team. I would never recommend nor care to tell anyone I was on it couldn’t vibe on the boat the communication was bad and we didn’t get the jet skis

Jet skis cannot be operated at night, and your booking confirmation and the itinerary clearly explained what was included in your 2-hour charter. Before the charter, we also sent you the itinerary along with all the information and instructions you needed for your reservation. Our team made multiple attempts to contact you by **text message and phone**, but unfortunately, those messages and calls went unanswered. For this reason, we are surprised by the statement that communication was poor. We made every effort to communicate with you and provide the necessary information, but communication requires cooperation from both sides. We understand that every guest has different expectations, which is exactly why we clearly list the itinerary, duration, inclusions, and important information in the description and send those details directly to our guests before their charter. We always encourage guests to review this information and stay in communication with us so we can provide the best possible experience.
