Arrive at Wat Pho (the Temple of the Reclining Buddha) to explore another of Bangkok's magnificent temples. Founded in the 16th century, this is the oldest and biggest temple with the largest number of pagodas (95 in all) in the city. It’s also well known for its huge Reclining Buddha, at 46 meters (150 feet) long and 15 meters (50 feet) high. A short walk from Wat Pho, you will try a traditional Thai massage. Unlike other massages, the Thai style involves stretching and deep massage. This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor, and the massage recipient changes into loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor.

<p>It was HOT!!!!! Tips - dress light, drink lots of water and do the 2 hr full body massage. Our guide was very kind and very informative. This was the best way to see the Grand Palace and get around the large crowded tours. We were so exhausted from the day tour that the night tour was not worth it.</p>
