Excellent Luggage Service
I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service that Airportels provided me both im Bangkok and Chiang Mai! From the initial inquiry on Facebook Messenger up until the actual delivery service request from the counters at the different branches (Terminal 21, Chaing Mai Airport & Suvarnabhumi Airport) all service gave excellent service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all questions with detailed information. Branch staff are all very friendly yet professional. I will definitely recommend Airportels to anyone needed luggage storage and delivery within Thailand. Luggage handling is outstanding and pricing is very reasonable and affordable! Thank you very much for the great services! Will definitely use your services the next time I am in Thailand!

Worst luggage delivery
DON'T ever try!!! Extremely disappointed with this luggage delivery service! They sent 6 bags to the wrong villa due to their carelessness and refused to refund us, claiming they delivered our bags. If their staff had listened to our clear instructions, we wouldn’t have had to waste time and money retrieving our luggage ourselves. Avoid this company!

Hotel to hotel delivery gone well but that could have gone bad
Used their online services to book a Hotel to Hotel delivery of a 13kg suitcase from Bangkok to Phuket. Email communication was fine until the suitcase got picked up. We were told it would arrive from 25 Sept 12pm within a 2-3 day timeframe so anytime btwn 25 and 28 Sept. I emailed regularly to ask for updates and to be given the tracking link. You need to be proactive and follow-up, otherwise, you don't receive updates. We arrived in Phuket on 24 Sept and warned reception + checked everyday for our suitcase. On 26 Sept, I emailed Airportel to ask about the status of my luggage and was told it got delivered on 22 Sept. We found it left outside, next to the mail and parcel area. We were very lucky that no one stole it in the 4 days it was left there. All went well but the lack of communication and Luggage safety made the while experience quite nerve-wracking. Good points are it got delivered earlier than announced and it was safely wrapped in cardboard and plastic.

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bangkok.
How much does Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel cost?
+
Prices start at $500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bangkok usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bangkok is not rushed.
Is Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Bangkok, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bangkok can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bangkok and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Bangkok Luggage Delivery from Airport to Hotel start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bangkok within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Bangkok?
+
On Outty we rank every Bangkok experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bangkok Backstreets Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Old Siam Bangkok Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Tingly Thai Cooking Class with Morning Market Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Bangkok?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Bangkok?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
