An Amazing Family Tour with Tay
I had a great experience with my family. Our tour guide, Tay, was such a bright and energetic person, very knowledgeable, and had an amazing sense of humour. He was also so good with my daughters that it honestly felt like we were spending the day with friends rather than being on a tour. The views were beautiful, and we learned so many interesting things about the region and its environment. I would definitely recommend booking this tour without a second thought. Thank you, Tay, for such a wonderful day.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing such a wonderful account of your family’s experience with Wild Northern Journey. We’re delighted that Tay’s enthusiasm, humour, and knowledge of the Canadian Rockies made the day feel like an outing with friends rather than just a sightseeing tour. It’s especially lovely to hear that your daughters enjoyed spending time with him while discovering the region’s remarkable landscapes and natural environment. We believe the best guided Banff tours combine beautiful scenery, local insights, and genuine connections with our guests. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to see your family again for another memorable Rocky Mountain adventure.

Amazing
We had a wonderful experience with Wild Northern Journey at the end of June. Tay and Andy were both great guides, and everything from hotel pickup to drop-off in Banff was smooth and on time. The tour covered Emerald Lake, Takakkaw Falls, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, Marble Canyon and some of Andy’s hidden gems. Tay shared lots of interesting Canadian history along the way, and we had enough time at each stop to enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. It was a great way to explore more of the Canadian Rockies beyond Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Wear layers and comfortable hiking shoes, as the terrain can vary. We would happily book with Wild Northern Journey again when we return to Canada in winter. Thanks to Tay and Andy for making the day so memorable and for organizing everything so well.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re so happy you enjoyed exploring the Rockies with Tay and Andy and had the chance to discover some beautiful places beyond the usual highlights. It’s especially lovely to hear that you had time to take in each location at your own pace while learning more about the history and character of the region. Tay and Andy will truly appreciate your kind words. We would be delighted to welcome you back when you return to Canada in winter, as the Rockies have a completely different kind of magic in the colder months. Until then, we hope the memories from your June adventure stay with you for a long time. Thank you for travelling with Wild Northern Journey.

Knowing that you loved the experience means more to our team than you know. Thank you for being part of our journey, and we hope the memories of your time in the mountains stay with you for a long time.

A Premium Banff Tour with Amazing Service.
I was recently in Banff and did the “Wild Northern Journey with 3 National Park Tour” with our tour guide, Aju and I highly recommend her. She was friendly, engaging, fun, and knowledgeable. The SUV was super comfortable and clean. We felt we received very premium service and were well cared for. Book with no regrets.
Response from the operator: Thank you, David, for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re so pleased to hear that you felt well looked after throughout your journey and enjoyed the comfort and care that we strive to provide every guest. Aju will be delighted to know that her warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm made your time exploring the three national parks so enjoyable. For us, premium service is not just about the vehicle or the places we visit; it’s about making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and able to enjoy every moment without a worry. Thank you for placing your trust in Wild Northern Journey and for recommending us so wholeheartedly. We hope the Rockies left you with wonderful memories to look back on for years to come.

Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Banff.
How much does Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise cost?
+
Prices start at $839 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Banff usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Banff is not rushed.
Is Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Banff, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Banff can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Banff and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Banff: Private Premium Tailored 3 Parks Tour–Moraine, Lake Louise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Banff within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Banff?
+
On Outty we rank every Banff experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hop-On and Hop-Off Banff Bus, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the Icefields Parkway Full-Day Tour, Lake Louise Emerald Lake Natural Bridge Half Day Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Banff?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Banff?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
