there was no experience, it was cancelled 24 hrs before, very dissapointing, pay a little more and book another similar tour, that is what we did. You can't cancel a tour 24 hrs before, it's not right, we had to look for another one, it was more expensive and we did not have too many choices.

He shared so many interesting facts, made the whole experience enjoyable, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat in Banff and tips for making the most of each stop.
