Shane thank you so much for your very sweet hospitality on our tour. We are so glad to have met you and will certainly be looking for you to take us on another guided tour again once we are back in Jamaica.
Response from the operator: I will most certainly give Shane your warm regards and we’re glad you had an excellent experience. Thanks for booking with us and we hope to accommodate you again in the near future. All the best!

We had Dwaine as our driver amazing respectful fun very knowledgeable 5 stars for him two thumbs up.
We had Dwaine as our personal driver and he was absolutely amazing. His communication was clear and transparent from start to finish. As we were driving, he shared the history of Jamaica with us, which made the experience even more special. He was kind enough to stop for a bathroom break on the way to Rick’s Café, and even took us to a local restaurant so we could enjoy some authentic Jamaican food during the long drive. Dwaine was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly—he answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable the entire time. His driving skills were top-notch. Two thumbs up for Dwaine! When we visit Jamaica again, we’d love to have him as our driver.
Response from the operator: Hi Terrence, thank you for leaving a wonderful feedback about yourexperience. We will let Dwaine know of your great remarks!! Anytime your in JAMAICA feel free to request Dwaine. We're happy we could accommodate you both. Take care! And keep safe!

Late
Be ready for the driver to show up one hour late And be ready to pay $25 to get on river rafting Driver was nice and friendly! Make sure you msg them and ask for the pick up time They were calling me and was trying to say ohh but you’re pick up time is at 11:30 which was not true. I’d definitely not book with them again!
Response from the operator: Sir you are very dishonest, your were emailed and texted, you were BREIFED of what to expect from start to finish! However, you did not acknowledge any of our efforts to reach you. VERY VERY POOR communication on your part, and then you came to leave a 2 star review while saying the driver was nice! Wow! It's ok though Sir, a company who values its customers will encounter persons like yourself, taking out problems on others. Stay safe Denis!

Our Driver was the best!!!
This was a great experience! Our driver, Shawn, made us feel right at home! He was very professional and polite and waited patiently on us at each stop and he even took us to a local restaurant on the way because we mentioned we wanted some authentic Jamaican food!!! He also stopped and let us take pictures! The limestone rafting was awesome as well! Jay , my rafter, gave me all the history of the area and the massage was wonderful! Rick’s Cafe was nice as well - drinks were a little pricey but the atmosphere was great!

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Montego Bay.
How much does Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Montego Bay usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Montego Bay is not rushed.
Is Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Montego Bay, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Montego Bay can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Montego Bay and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Bamboo River Rafting with {limestone massage} & Ricks Cafe start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Montego Bay within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Montego Bay?
+
On Outty we rank every Montego Bay experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Montego Bay Airport Transfer to Negril, Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls Private Tour from Montego Bay, Appleton Estate Admission Ticket & Distillery Tour with Tastings. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Montego Bay?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Montego Bay?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
