A stunning blend of culture and natural beauty in Bali
Dewa is an excellent guide who is open to suggestions but has a great day planned. He explains the culture of the place and also is sure to take fantastic photos for you so you remember each location after you finish your tour. The tour is a great way to spend a day in Bali and blends cultural experiences and natural beauty. Very good location for lunch in a modern venue and has both western and local dishes. I would recommend using this tour and Dewa as a very good tour driver.
Response from the operator: Dear andrewwV5153AK Thank you for your wonderful feedback! 🌺 We’re so glad you enjoyed the day with Dewa and appreciated both the cultural insights and beautiful spots. Your recommendation means a lot, and we hope to see you again in Bali soon 🙏✨ Best Regards Kadek

A perfect day out!! Absolutely worth it!!
This tour was so worth it! We saw so much of Bali and our guide was fantastic, teaching us about Bali as we travelled and answering any questions. The food and views were unforgettable and our trip wouldn’t have been half as good without him. We saw Mount Batur Volcano, the famous rice terraces, the Tirta Empul (Water Temple) and had an amazing lunch on the way, but you can tour anywhere you’d like!!
Response from the operator: Dear J1522BTevac Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌸 We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and had such a memorable experience exploring Bali with us. Our guide will be very happy to know his knowledge and hospitality made your trip even more special. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another adventure in Bali soon. 🙏✨ Best Regards Kadek

Nice Trip
The tour was very varied and we could also see a lot of Bali during the drive. Our driver was very flexible and friendly. At the beginning of the tour we made two stops where you could admire different hand-wringing skills of the Balinese, but there we had more of a feeling that you are only unloaded there to buy some things. Otherwise we were very happy with the tour.
Response from the operator: Hi hundkatzmauas Thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re so happy to hear that you had such a great experience with Dewa. He truly loves sharing Balinese culture and always goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and engaged — we’re glad you felt that too! Your kind words mean a lot, and we’ll be sure to pass them on to Dewa. He’ll be thrilled to hear this! We hope to welcome you back again soon 🙏 Warm regards Bali Tour

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seminyak.
How much does Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seminyak usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seminyak is not rushed.
Is Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seminyak, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seminyak can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seminyak and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Bali Volcano & Ubud Day Tour – Temples, Rice Terraces & Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seminyak within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seminyak?
+
On Outty we rank every Seminyak experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best of Bali Waterfalls: Tibumana, Tukad Cepung and Tegenungan, Bali Instagram Tour: The Most Scenic Spots, Ubud Hot Springs and Waterfall Private Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seminyak?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seminyak?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
