Highly recommend, Santika !
We arrived in Bali yesterday (9/24/2026) and found this experience on Viator around midnight. Honestly, I was sure they were going to cancel our booking since it was so late and we had requested an 8:00 AM pickup. But our driver, Santika, called at 6:40 AM to confirm everything and pulled up right on time at 7:45 AM. From the moment we met him, he was amazing! I told him everything we wanted to do and see along the way from Nusa Dua to Ubud, and he made it happen. He was extremely friendly, attentive, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire day. He gave great suggestions, made sure we were comfortable, and never made us feel rushed. What could have been a stressful last-minute booking turned into one of the highlights of our trip. Santika went above and beyond to make our day special, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. If you’re visiting Bali and need a driver, I highly recommend Santika. We would absolutely book with him again! 🌴🇮🇩
Response from the operator: Dear Mr. James, Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed and wonderful review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re thrilled to hear that your last-minute booking turned into one of the highlights of your Bali trip. We’re especially happy to know that Santika was punctual, friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout your private Bali tour from Nusa Dua to Ubud. It’s great to hear that he was able to follow your wishes, suggest additional places, and make sure you had a comfortable and enjoyable day without feeling rushed. Your kind words about Santika’s professionalism and dedication mean a lot to us, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with him. Thank you for trusting us with your Bali experience and for recommending Santika as your Bali private driver. We would be delighted to welcome you back to Bali and assist you with another memorable Ubud or Bali tour in the future. 🙏🌴 Best Regards, Dewa adnyana

Is Bali Private Car Hire with Driver – Customizable Full Day Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 361 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

How far in advance should I book Bali Private Car Hire with Driver – Customizable Full Day Tour?
+
Around 126 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+
On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private 1-Day Ubud Highlights Tour, Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking (Private Tour and Breakfast at Restaurant). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Ubud?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Ubud?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
