One of the best tours for price and to see this beautiful country
I recently booked the insta Bali tour through Viator. There were many to choose from for this tour but what I liked the most in researching this tour is that it was half the price of most, it had an amazing driver and guide who took pictures for us that were like a professional and was so easy going and let us do our thing without feeling rushed . This was totally worth the money and experience . Our driver was Margot . He showed up early and waited till we were ready to leave in the morning. As we reached each place he told us the best way to go about our tour at each spot and then used tricks from the professional photographers at each of the sites to take pictures for us. That looked awesome I have included some. I can’t rave enough about this tour it got 5stars from other reviewers and me too. What amazing way to see so much of the country and to really see Bali life in the villages. I would definitely recommend this trip .
Response from the operator: Dear Adventurer503869, Greetings! Thank you very much for trusting and using our tour company for your sightseeing tour in Bali. We are happy to know that we were able to exceed your expectations. Thank you for writing an excellent review to our TripAdvisor and this would help other travelers know what to expect from us. Looking forward to seeing you again in Bali. Many Thanks, Wayan Eza

Wonderful trip!
Our guide Yasmika was wonderful, such a gentle soul and very patient! Sent us a whatsapp message the day before to confirm pick up time. Gave us all the information that we could ask for on each location we are visiting as well as sites on the way. We were picked up from our hotel at 7, drive to Lempuyang temple took 2 1/2 hours. When we got there at 09:30, there was such a long queue already. We stood there for 3 hours to get a photo at the "Heaven Gates". I would recommend that you leave at least at 05:00am from your hotel so that you dont have to stand in a queue. We were told that the sky is also a lot clearer earlier in the morning where you can see one of the Volcano mountains, Mount Agung. It was a bit of a steep hill we had to drive up, where we parked and people on scooters took us up further to where you get your sarong. From there it is a short steep walk to the entrance of the temple. We were told a few years back there were no queues at all. You could merely walk in and take a photo immediately... sad that it got so bad that you now need to stand in a very long queue just to have "professional" photographers take a few photos of you (at a fee) which lasted a minute or 2. You can take photos of the gates, but if you want to stand inbetween/underneath them, you need to get in line. From there we went to Tirta Ganga which was amazing! Be sure to get some fish food outside the entrance - we paid IDR5000 for 3 small packets. If you want, you can take a boat ride around the small lake area at a fee. There is also a swimming pool inside, but not sure if tourists are allowed to swim. Outside is a restaurant which serves local dishes and some toasted sandwiches and desserts. We were supposed to go see the Tukad Cepung Waterfall, but was told that it is quite steep and far to go down to the fall - so we were given the option to go or not as we are not very fit (LOL). We decided against it as it was too late already in anyway - therefore no review on the waterfall. Would definitely recommend this tour and ask for Yasmika!
Response from the operator: Dear ronelvil, Thank you for taking the time to write a review as well as for sharing your Bali travel experience here on our TripAdvisor site. This "insta-worthy" tour is a private tour where you can experience east-Bali has to offer including Lempuyang "Gates of Heaven", Tirta Gangga Water Palace, and Tukad Cepung Waterfall. One of the places where there will be lots of tourists is Lempuyang "Gates of Heaven", people are waiting in a queue for instagrammable picture--picture with a special lens to create a reflection, so the picture looks amazing. To avoid the crowd, you may visit Lempuyang in the afternoon, but the view will not be as nice as in the morning. We really appreciate your time to leave us a review. Hope to see you again and do more insta-worthy tours to see the best of Bali has to offer. Many Thanks, Wayan Eza

Amazing tour to Lempuyang temple!! 郊外の寺院に行くならオススメのツアー
Our driver, Raka, was a very nice driver. He is so gentle, funny, and very kind. We went to Lempuyang temple, Tirta Gangga, and waterfall. We are very satisfied with this tour. Also it was very comfortable with Whatsapp to get a reservation.

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ubud.
How much does Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall cost?
+
Prices start at $19 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ubud usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ubud is not rushed.
Is Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Bali Instagram Tour: Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and Tukad Cepung Waterfall start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ubud within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Ubud?
+
On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing, Full-Day Tour to Water Temples and UNESCO Rice Terraces in Bali. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Ubud?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Ubud?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
