Tirtagangga Park
The gardens of Tirta Gangga Water Palace show a unique mix of Balinese and Chinese architecture. The grounds of the water garden (ca 1.2 ha.) consists of three separate complexes each with ponds and many sculptures. The complex on the lowest level has two large ponds and a water tower. At the second complex (middle level) of the Bali water palace are the swimming pools. The third level houses the main complex with the country home of the former Raja.

The Gates of Heaven tour.
Our driver/guide Yuda was communicating via WhatsApp before our arrival and was waiting for us. We visited all the promised attractions (and also went to a coffee/ tea plantation where I got my favourite mangosteen tea) The drive was safe and the car well air conditioned, appreciated as it was a very hot and humid day. The visit to the Gates of Heaven was a highlight. Gave up waiting to have our photo taken though but Yuda took us down below where the line was way shorter even if a group of Asian ladies who had taken up the top area for an hour had also found their way down there. A bit more information on sites visited and passed by and on Bali in general would have been apriciated.
