Great day quad biking
We had an amazing day quad biking with Ozzy Bali Adventures, the tour guides were really knowledgeable and very helpful, however the route that they took us was in need of some attention as there was a lot of rocks it was very bumpy and to be honest the view was a bit boring

Friendly people, fun time but very far from Kuta
2 1/2 hrs from Kuta! 🙁 Pickup from Kuta booked for 1:30 for ride at 2:30, which made it sound like it’s only 1hr away. Got to ATV park after 4pm. Wouldn’t have booked if I knew it was so far away. Was fun upon arrival, beach was nice and all staff helpful and friendly! They let us go fast and do donuts and jumps, pretty cool for sure! Offered food when we got back to the ATV base but after 2 1/2hr trip there and 1 1/2 hr ride we just wanted to get back to hotel for a shower. The ride includes public roads and some treacherous dips and drop offs for first timers, please take care! The bikes are old but maintained ok, one of my brakes didn’t work very strong but I’m experienced with off road motorcycling so it didn’t bother me. It was cool to see local villages as they are, we also had to ride through a few areas where people were burning off rubbish, so if you suffer allergies etc please be aware of this, it also made it hard to see. A Velcro guard is provided for your left leg as the bike gives off immense heat and you would surely burn without it. We went in shorts, t-shirts and crocs, no problem, but left leg gets very warm. We went on roads through farm areas, some loosely sealed tracks, some completely unsealed and loose gravel, some slippery sand tracks and some rocky steep ground. A fantastic mix of surfaces! Just wish we could have gone a little faster, the guide stays in front and sets the pace and my bike would not potter along comfortably at the set pace, instead it kept sputtering and surging to maintain the speed. Everyone was very friendly but I would not do it again based on the fact it wasn’t made clear that it was a 2 1/2 hr trip each way from Kuta. It was too far to be truly worthwhile for me. Cost was Au$225 which is reasonable and included pick-up and drop-off, but there’s axe throwing place right in Kuta at D’Axe that only costs Au$7.90 for 20 throws and that was just as fun and only a 5 minute walk from my hotel. You guys have a good fun business going, please consider telingl your customers how far away it really is, some people are on a tight schedule and this trip could cause issues if people have a deadline at the other end, like a plane to catch. It sounded like 1hr trip, 1 1/2 ride time, 1hr return = 3 1/2hr, but for us we were gone nearly 7 hours! August 2026
