Family adventure
Nyoman from Era Bali Tours was the best driver we could asked for. Always on time and very professional, gave us lots of information about the area. We went on some local trips with him and he was always helpful with translation and helping us choose the best activities for our family. We are very grateful we had the chance to meet him as he made our stay in Kuta Bali very pleasant.

From transfers to tours, Nyoman is your man 🙏
Nyoman (Era) was a pleasure to meet, he greeted us with a lovely smile on his face he welcomed us like friends rather than customers. We felt at ease in his company. His knowledge of the area and the things we pointed out on route from the airport was fantastic. His English is exceptional, he is warm, chatty, friendly and makes you feel you’ve known each other for a while. We chatted on the journey and he mentioned he done tours and if we needed a driver he would h be happy to be ours and if we needed any help or transport during our stay in Bali we could just what’s app him. He responded quickly,his communication was spot on. We really like him so we decided we would take a tour with him. We took the UBUD tour which included the temple, monkey forest, Kopi Luack centre, rice plains, the fountain and we had a superb lunch. We had an issue with our international Banking it wouldn’t send to his Indonesian bank, we felt awful and offered to get the cash for him, he was very understanding (and trusting) and just told him To pass it to him On our return journey to the airport which we had already booked with him Whilst still in the Uk. What an exceptional man! Would I recommend him to friends and family…….certainly 😁 Would I contact him again when going to Bali……most defiantly 🙏🙏 Nyoman has been a pleasure as was Bali. I will certainly be calling him on my next trip.

Airport Transfer
Nyoman was punctual and very helpful with the bags, he was very informative as to what was going on and told us of the Hindu festival that had happened that day and for a few days. He was friendly and spoke fondly of his family and asked about ours. A very comfortable person to be around 😀
