Magic carpet ride
Excellent service. Met me at the airport bridge , got my visa for me , filled in the customs declaration. I could bot faulylt a thing. Had ne despatched to my hotel with an English speaking driver. I recommend that anyone visiting Bali should use their services. Or at least get a fast track immigration service . In fact, another friend of mine use their services and was very happy.

Not worth it. Dodgy SIM card.
We used Bali fast forward as we used a similar service 5 years ago and it made arriving much easier. There is no longer an arrival lounge and it’s really not worth it. It was nice to have a friendly face meet us at the gate and take us to immigration but because we had done our visas online ourselves we went straight through anyway. We just waited with him at the luggage. I also ordered a SIM card and this was very dodgy. Some kid met us out in the carpark and we were pulling out passports and doing deals with people all around. Our hotel driver was very concerned about this. Not what I imagined and not at all necessary. A waste of money. Get your visa on line so you can go straight through immigration and buy a SIM card from one of the stands in the airport. Or ask your hotel in advance to order it for you. They will need your passport details so best to do it somewhere secure. Not in the car park!

Don’t bother their service is a scam. They take you to the immigration desk to get your Visa then tell you to go to the next immigration line and the staff will look after you. But no !!!!!?some other guy comes up and wants another fee to process you if you don’t pay you’re in the queue. It’s a complete waste of time and money don’t fall for it

Don’t bother getting VoA in advance
We organised the electronic VoA to avoid long queues and hassles on arrival in Bali. The customs officer in our queue took ages on each person which was very frustrating and we saw people ahead of us paying money so assumed they were in the wrong queue and hadn’t got the prepaid version. When it was our turn I realised why the long wait. The customs officer told me I had to get another visa and pay again because my place of birth on my visa didn’t match the place of birth on my passport (drop-down option of country on the electronic application versus town of birth stated on passport). I stood my ground and refused and eventually I won the standoff and he let me through but I wonder how many people give in and pay again. My advice is to get your VoA when you arrive (the queues weren’t any longer so nothing was gained by doing it in advance)

No Amex
Very busy airport. You will have to buy visa. Don't rely on Amex only!!! They don't take Amex. Only Visa, Master or any cash. I had learn it the hard way
