An enjoyable tour – even for non-history enthusiasts
This was a very nice 2-hour tour – even in rainy weather, the experience was enjoyable. Rune is an engaging and knowledgeable guide who made it easy to follow throughout the tour. It was very clear that he had a strong understanding of the subject. Even for those of us who aren’t typically that interested in the Middle Ages, this turned out to be a very positive experience. I came away feeling like I learned something new, and it never felt heavy or boring. The tour provided both insight and several small “aha” moments along the way, and the time flew by. Highly recommended!

Learned a lot about the area
Very nice and informative trip. Learned a lot about the area we pass to and from work. I also wanted to find out more on my own. Got some taste. We were lucky with the guide, Rune. Nice car , knowledgeable and mediated with "glim in the eye" !

Perfect way to fill up the time before dinner!
We had an hour and a half to fill before a corporate dinner in Oslo and wanted to spend the time on something interesting and pleasant – here came Oslo Guidebureau to the rescue! We had a great guided tour through Bjørvika with a focus on modern urban development, architecture and the stories behind the old port city. In just 1.5 hours we got to experience Oslo in a whole new way. The guide was very knowledgeable, engaging and good at connecting history with current developments in the area. It was extra exciting to hear more about the Deichman Library, the development in Bjørvika and how the area has moved from port to modern district. The trip was both teaching, inspiring and perfect to fill the time between other plans. Can highly recommend Oslo Guidebureau and our great guide Totto!
