A pleasant surprise.
AYA wasn’t originally on our itinerary. We chose to visit simply because it was close to our hotel and we had a few hours to spare before heading to the airport. I’m so glad we did—it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Having already visited TeamLab in Abu Dhabi, AYA doesn’t quite match it in terms of size or scale, but it absolutely holds its own. In fact, especially if you book through a third-party app like Klook (we saved around 30%), I think it offers excellent value for money. Each room has its own unique theme, ensuring there’s always something new to discover. The staff deserve a special mention—they were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, happily showing us the best spots for photos and even taking some fantastic pictures and videos that were instantly Instagram-worthy. Our seven-year-old son also loved collecting stickers in his little passport as we explored each zone, which added another fun element to the experience. The highlight for all of us was the final room—a gigantic ball pit. I honestly can’t remember the last time I laughed so much as the three of us swam, jumped and played our way through what felt like hundreds of thousands of balls. It was pure family fun. If you have a couple of hours in Dubai, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AYA. It was the perfect way to end our holiday.

A Magical Universe for All Ages — Even Better the Second Time!
This was my second visit to AYA Universe, and this time I brought along family visiting from India — and what a wonderful choice it turned out to be! Our group ranged from a 3-year-old all the way up to a senior citizen over 70, and every single one of us was completely enchanted. AYA Universe is located inside WAFI City Mall and It's a journey through different chambers, each with its own theme of light, sound, and motion. As you move from room to room, you genuinely feel like you've become part of a vast, glowing universe. The reverse waterfalls, the cosmic gardens that seem to bloom around you, the mirrored infinity chambers, and the giant glowing ball pit were absolute highlights for everyone in our group. What makes it so special for a mixed-age group is that it's self-paced — there's no rigid path or rushing. You're even given a "passport" at the start to guide you through the zones, which adds a fun, collectible element for the kids. The interactivity sets it apart from more passive attractions — the lights and visuals respond to your touch and movement, so you're not just watching, you're truly part of the art. Photography is allowed throughout, and honestly every corner is picture-perfect. A few practical tips: plan for at least 90 minutes for a relaxed visit, expect short queues at the more popular rooms, and note that food and drinks aren't allowed inside. It's an indoor, air-conditioned escape, which makes it perfect year-round regardless of Dubai's heat. Whether you're visiting with kids, parents, or grandparents, AYA Universe is a beautiful, emotional, and unforgettable experience.

Immerse into the Aya Universe
I guess I have to start from the beginning. It was my first time in Dubai and, actually, my second time entering a space dedicated to the immersive experience. I have to say that it doesn't stand a chance against the Tokyo Lab immersive experiment, but none the less it was great. The space is apperantly small but the designers really made use of it. Before entering you are given a (literally) passport into the Aya universe which helps you a lot with the layout. (A huge plus, because we got lost a lot of times in Tokyo Labs and at some point it becomes frustruating). You check out each exhibit, you collect the stickers of each room/world you step into and you are left at the end with the experience, the photos and, of course, the new AYA `citizenship`. The staff is amazing and helps you blend into the story. Don't be surprised to see lines to some rooms or atractions. The universe is obviously a great attraction so the huge crowd of people coming through the doors at peak hours is just the right answer. The plus is that if you lay down in one of the rooms for about 10 minutes, you will be surprised to see that most of the influencers will be gone in no time.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience 🤍✨ We love that you noticed all the little details, from the passport journey to collecting stickers through each world of AYA 🌌 And thank you for the kind words about our team too, they’ll be so happy to hear this! We’re glad you enjoyed exploring at your own pace and fully immersing yourself in the universe. Hope your first trip to Dubai was a memorable one, and that we get to welcome you back to AYA again someday ✨

Immersive Digital Art Experience!
We recently visited AYA Universe and had an amazing time. Aya is a futuristic indoor attraction where light, sound and technology come together. Expect multi-sensory themed zones where light meets imagination. If you’re looking for an immersive digital art experience in Dubai, then look no further. It is a great venue for the entire family.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this beautiful feedback 🤍✨ We’re really glad you and your family had an amazing time at AYA Universe! We hope to welcome you all back again soon for another unforgettable experience ✨

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
AYA Universe Entry Ticket: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does AYA Universe Entry Ticket cost?
+
Prices start at $135 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does AYA Universe Entry Ticket take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is AYA Universe Entry Ticket worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 91 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule AYA Universe Entry Ticket?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is AYA Universe Entry Ticket suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book AYA Universe Entry Ticket?
+
Around 32 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does AYA Universe Entry Ticket start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
