Shingen Mochi is a traditional Japanese sweet made with soft rice cake, roasted soybean flour, and sweet syrup. The packing challenge has become one of Yamanashi's best-known visitor experiences. You will also have time to browse the factory shop for local souvenirs and specialties. Before returning to Tokyo, a light evening snack is included: a panini made with ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture.
