Kathrin and the whole...
Kathrin and the entire experience were very authentic, and we learned a lot about the area, the traditions, and the nature. Your property is impressive and set up with great attention to detail. The homemade products are very delicious and diverse. The traditional regional picnic was great, plentiful, and the perfect conclusion. We particularly fell in love with the almonds. Thank you to Kathrin, her husband, and Flocki for the wonderful day!

I need more than FIVE STARS!!!
Our visit with Kathrin was so much more than we ever expected—it was truly unforgettable. From the moment she picked us up, we felt warmly welcomed and immediately immersed in her family’s life and work on the vineyard and olive groves. Kathrin is one of the hardest working and most inspiring women we have ever met. Walking through the olive trees, learning about pruning and care, and hearing the stories of harvest days for both grapes and olives was fascinating. The vines were stunning, and it was clear that everything grown here is a true labor of love. Kathrin introduced us to a variety of rakija—the green walnut was uniquely delicious, and her homemade limoncello was phenomenal. We even had the chance to bottle our own wine in her cellar, which was such a special touch. Snacks and tastings were served in a beautiful dining area right in the vineyard, and everything was both plentiful and delicious. Kathrin’s gracious hospitality made the entire experience so personal and memorable. As a final thoughtful gesture, she sent us home with sugared almonds and dried figs—delicacies that we happily enjoyed on our flight home. This was truly the highlight of our time in Croatia. If you are looking for an authentic, heartfelt, and unforgettable experience, a visit with Kathrin is an absolute must.

What a great way to...
What a great way to experience the real Croatia away from the tourist hot spots. Kathrin gave us a tour of her family farm estate, telling us all about olive and fig growing, as well explaining how they make white and red wine. We even got to bottle some wine to take home. Time to taste homemade Rakija liqueurs and a superb typical Dalmatian lunch with many homemade treats and wine. Thank you Kathrin!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re truly happy you enjoyed experiencing a more authentic side of Croatia with us. It was a pleasure sharing our family farm, traditions, and homemade wines and rakija with you. We’re especially glad you enjoyed bottling your own wine and the Dalmatian lunch—it’s moments like these we love creating for our guests.

Not-to-be-missed wine tasting and vineyard tour.
The most wonderful wine tasting experience in a beautiful place with the loveliest people. Went with 5 close friends and it was one of the highlights of our holiday. Delicious family produced wines, fresh figs picked straight from the tree together with fresh bread, local cheese and meats and olives and olive oil made from the trees we sat underneath. Idyllic. Nothing was too much for Kathrin and her family. First we had a really informative tour of their family vineyard. And then we had the wine tasting. Kathrin and her lovely daughter refilled our glasses and plates until we were replete. She had candied orange peel and homegrown almonds for us that morning. Then Kathrin played the accordion for us and together with her daughter she sang a traditional Croatian song for us, which we listened to as the sun was going down over the vineyard. A truly magical, not to be missed experience. I would go again in a heartbeat.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your beautiful and thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to us that you and your friends enjoyed the vineyard tour, wine tasting, and time spent with our family. We’re so happy you felt the atmosphere, the food, and the music—it’s exactly what we love to share with our guests. You are always welcome back anytime, it would be a joy to host you again!

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Trogir.
How much does Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View cost?
+
Prices start at $149 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Trogir usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Trogir is not rushed.
Is Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Trogir, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Trogir can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Trogir and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Authentic Dalmatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting - Live Music & View start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Trogir within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Trogir?
+
On Outty we rank every Trogir experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Krka National Park Tour with tour Guide & Wine tasting from Split & Trogir, From Split: Plitvice Lakes National Park Guided Tour, Blue Cave and Hvar Tour - 5 Islands Tour from Split and Trogir. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Trogir?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Trogir?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
