This form of natural therapy dates back to more than 200 years, utilizing beneficial properties of salt mines. The Salt Cave is filtered and purified between each session. There is gap of 15 minutes between each session. Each session is valid for two to six person (shared) at same time. Choose from one of nine session times when you book.

Honestly, if I could give the Salt Cave 10 stars, I would! ❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent experience — 10 stars if I could! I came to the Salt Cave after struggling with severe constipation for several months. I had already seen my doctor, had an X-ray and even visited hospital, but I was still struggling and feeling pretty desperate for some relief. I was also quite apprehensive about trying colonic irrigation. What really made me choose this place was my initial conversation with Prashant. He was extremely sympathetic and genuinely listened to what I was going through. He could hear how much I was struggling and was very understanding. He was also able to arrange an appointment for me within a couple of days, which I really appreciated. I subsequently had three weekly colonic irrigation treatments and I have been extremely happy with my experience. By the third treatment, I felt significantly lighter and more comfortable, my stomach felt much flatter, and I felt that the constipation I had been dealing with for months had finally cleared. I also noticed a big improvement in how I felt generally, including my energy and mood. If you're considering a colonic but feeling nervous about it, I would definitely recommend speaking with Prashant. He made me feel comfortable and listened to from the very beginning. I was also impressed with the way he runs his business. He clearly puts a lot of effort into looking after his customers and trying to accommodate everyone's needs. My personal experience with him was nothing but positive — I found him genuine, kind, professional and very caring. I would absolutely recommend the Salt Cave, and if I could give 10 stars, I genuinely would! Thank you, Prashant, for your kindness and for helping me when I was really struggling.

Excellent service and results!
🥰I was SO grateful that Dr. Prashant responded to me very quickly, set an appointment to slot me into the hyperbaric chamber, and saved me from a doubtless painful flight ear-wise post having scuba dived 24 hours prior and needing to fly that evening. It did the trick, thank goodness, and thank you Dr. Prashant!

Rude customer service, we get there and we’re waiting for 20 minutes, then we were told it was canceled and money would be refunded. And when I texted Viator bout it, they refuse to refund.

On day of visit 26 October 2025 I waited for you both to arrive though might come early or just before time so can collect info for booking formalities plus cater with service booked. As you both did not arrive till 10:10am I had to start other clients who were booked plus I had very busy day back to back booking. About 10:30 AM you both arrived and I was already performing service to other clients, hearing your voice I asking permission with attending client I went to reception and spoke to you both and said I am sorry I can't help any more or cater your booking as I am busy with other clients plus you both were late and if you want to dispute or have any more to discuss about booking or cancellation or refund I can't help need to contact Viator. After you both left and you communicated with Viator, I received email from Viator: “The customer stated that she was there but you did not take them and she would like to be refunded full price + amount I had to pay for taxi back and forth”. Beka please recall as supplier I have done my best from time you had booked and wanted to help till last minute, but if you have failed to provide info in advance or did not turn up before time or on time which I would help, but as you never responded to my massage or call, you came late I couldn't help as I was already busy with other booked clients. This is real entire scenario of your case, as after I received message from Viator for your complain I had written email to Viator with same information I wrote above as clarification and also attached photos as evidence of message I had done though supplier portal plus phone call record for better understanding plus for dispute which you have submitted for us. Please be advice if a similar scenario happens when client books with us directly no refund would be issued and client has breached "Privacy & Terms of Service https://saltcavenz.co.nz/privacy-&-terms-of-service". I assume it might be similar for any business and also with Viator would have done if they faced similar scenario like this. Our moto is client's wellness & satisfaction and we try to maintain this as much as we can. Amazing experience
We went first vibrosauna and then salt cave. Vibrosauna was just amazing, I feel so relaxed after it and loved different vibrations you can adjust. Also, the heat is fully adjustable and it was so pleasant. Salt cave have very nice ambiance, love the room how its done. We spent there 45 minutes and its really good for the lungs. Will be bringing kids also. Prashant is very knowledgeable. Full recommendation
