Pick-up was scheduled for 7:00 a.m., and the tour started at 8:30 a.m. After waiting in vain for an hour and a half and the organizer was not available during this time, we finally received the information that the pick-up was postponed to 10:20 am. But even at this point, no one showed up – even at 10:50 a.m. no pickup had taken place. Due to these significant delays and lack of communication, we felt compelled to cancel the tour. Repayment is fast and straightforward.
