Wonderful Greece Excursions
Two wonderful, attentive tours while in Santorini and Rhodes while on board a Celebrity cruise. I was stressing about Santorini with all the confusion of the cable car, but I was assured by Chris and Dimitris that they would be there, we had a wonderful tour, went to a great seaside restaurant for lunch. Doing a private tour rather than the cruise ship is definitely the way to go. George was our guide in Rhodes, took us to all the beautiful spots, was patient as we took our time in the shops, made a last minute request to stop at a olive oil tasting, kept telling us it was our tour and we should do whatever we wanted. Another spectacular seaside lunch! 2 wonderful special days, their vehicles we brand new! Highly recommend. We are also using them for our airport transfer. Wonderful, responsive company
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled you enjoyed your tours and felt well taken care of by Chris, Dimitris, and George. Your kind words about our flexibility and service mean a lot. Safe travels!

Sunset and amazing night that we will remember for a lifetime!
We had an amazing time on our tour with Olive Sea Travel to the Temple of Poseidon! Our guide and driver, Pantelis, spoke excellent English, and he was so friendly, charming, and knowledgeable. He was also an excellent driver! Pantelis picked us up from our hotel at 5 PM, and we had a wonderful trip to the Temple of Poseidon. The tour company and our guide took care of everything, so all we had to do was relax and enjoy the beautiful Temple of Poseidon and the beautiful sunset. Afterwards, we asked Pantelis to take us to a fantastic seafood restaurant and join us for a delicious meal. The dinner was optional and was our treat to the guide. It was a truly a magical night that will never forget. My wife and I highly recommend Olive Sea Travel and our guide, Pantelis.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We're thrilled you enjoyed the tour and Pantelis' guidance. It’s great to hear everything met your expectations, including the beautiful sunset and dinner. Your recommendation means a lot to us!

Wonder cruise, crew, lunch, swim and relaxing along the Athenian Riveria
Fantastic sailing on a beautiful catamaran along the Athenian coast. We were picked up at our hotel exactly on time in a Mercedes minivan and taken to the port. Captain Kostas and Joanna welcomed us on board the gorgeous catamaran and gave us our safety briefing before leaving port. We were offered wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. The sail along the coast was beautiful and we stopped for nearly an hour to swim and snorkel (very nice that towels and snorkeling equipment were provided). The Captain moved the catamaran to a sight just off the seaside town of Vouliagmeni for another swim before lunch. Joanna made a wonderful lunch of different salads, fresh tzatziki, bread, pasta and freshly grilled lemon/squid, chicken, and pork -delicious! The sail back was gorgeous - the five hours flew by. The van took us back to our hotel. Really wonderful experience that we would do again and recommend to anyone who wants an extremely relaxing day on the water!

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.
How much does Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple cost?
+
Prices start at $1700 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.
Is Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Athens Riviera: Sunset Cruise to Poseidon's Temple start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Athens?
+
On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Small Group Greek Traditional Food Tour in Athens 20+ Tastings, Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Athens?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Athens?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
