Bad information about hours of the museum
We purchased museum tickets through the app just one hour before the museum’s closing time. The app allowed us to complete the purchase without any warning that visitors are not admitted during the final hour. When we arrived, we were refused entry because the museum does not allow admission during the last hour before closing. This was extremely frustrating and misleading, as the app should not have allowed us to purchase tickets when entry was no longer possible. We wasted both our time and money due to incorrect information and poor coordination between the app and the museum. I am therefore requesting a full refund for the tickets, since we were unable to use them through no fault of our own. I hope this issue is addressed so that other visitors do not have the same experience.
