Not too sure

Good to say you’ve been there and done that but expensive for the experience. We went to the very top and to be perfectly honest, there wasn’t very much to see apart from other buildings. We had better photos from the fountain outside when the building lit up in the evening.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience. It's helpful for others to hear different perspectives. It's understandable that you found the experience to be expensive for what it offered. Visiting the top and finding limited views apart from other buildings can indeed be disappointing, especially considering the cost. Your mention of capturing better photos from outside the building when it lit up in the evening provides valuable insight for those considering a visit. Your review offers a balanced perspective on the experience, and it's appreciated.

Similar to other observation decks

First, the directions to get to the entrance area are not clear. You need to go to the lower level of the Dubai Mall where the food court is. You should allow a good 30 minutes to navigate parking and locating the entrance are. We had a 1pm appt. Unfortunately our daughter got sick right as we got to the mall. So I took her back to the hotel. Then a few of our family members went. We were able to get our 1pm time slot changed to 2:45pm. I would suggest cooling the waiting areas more. It gets hot and crowded where everyone waits, especially the elevator. The views are cool. You can definitely see the development they are doing in Dubai from up above. Its worth seeing. I would allot 2-3 hours including waiting and departing time.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent visit to our observation deck. We sincerely appreciate your insights and apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. We acknowledge the challenges with the directions to the entrance, and we will work on improving the clarity of our instructions to ensure a smoother arrival experience for our guests. We're sorry to hear about your daughter's illness but appreciate your flexibility in adjusting the appointment time. Your suggestion to enhance the cooling in waiting areas is noted, and we'll explore ways to make the waiting experience more comfortable, especially during peak times. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the views from the observation deck and witnessed the impressive development in Dubai. Your recommendation to allocate 2-3 hours, considering waiting and departing time, is valuable information for our visitors. Thank you once again for your detailed feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future, providing an even better experience.

At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.

How much does At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket cost?

+

Prices start at $155 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket take?

+

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.

Is At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 33 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket?

+

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY (Level 148 +125 + 124) Entry Ticket start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubai?

+

On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubai?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubai?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
