    A BLAST!

Such a blast! Music was RAD! 5fm was so good. Funky bus, great host, and just a great vibe. I think 35-40 would be ideal for the breweries but other than that, no notes!

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for riding our Fender Bender! There's no better way to drink beers and see Asheville, all while enjoying local music. Check out our other tours the next time you're in town! Hope to see you back on the purple bus again soon.

Chugging along through historic & modern Asheville while laughing aloud

From the beginning, being handed a rubber chicken, I knew this would be a fun afternoon. Their location inside an old speak easy, adorned with velvet chaises, chairs & loveseats beckons one to immerse oneself in the day. A bartender offering drinks & trinkets to take along in an insulated bag (koozie not included but for $3 bucks, why not take one home). Then it was on to the windowless bus with an entertaining cadre of comics in various costumes ( from rainbows, to nun’s habit, to bumblebee, all hopping on & off & offering fun & laughter, as we toured the city of Asheville. We learned history, economics & with stops at a brewery, how to imbibe a beer while rolling through time, from old Asheville to today’s vibrant scene. A trip well worth the cost.

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for riding our Hey Asheville! Nothing that starts with being handed a rubber chicken to start can ever be boring. Hope to see you back on the purple bus again soon!

Perfect, fun activity for the fall!

This was such a fun tour! The band was great, the entire company was so kind and brought the energy, and each brewery offered a great selection of beer, wine, cocktails, and food. Not to mention there were so many great dogs to pet! Would absolutely do it again. Thanks to LaZoom for making my sister’s bachelorette weekend that much better.

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for riding our Fender Bender! We agree that this is the best fall activity, and an excellent way to experience local music and brews. Hope to see you back on the bus again soon!

Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Asheville.

How much does Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops cost?

    +

Prices start at $57 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Asheville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Asheville is not rushed.

Is Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 77 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Asheville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops?

    +

Around 27 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Asheville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Asheville and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Asheville Live Music Bus Tour with Brewery Stops start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Asheville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Asheville?

    +

Asheville pairs Biltmore Estate visits with Blue Ridge Parkway waterfall tours, brewery crawls through one of the densest beer scenes in America, and guided hikes in Pisgah. Biltmore ticket handling and parkway route detail are what to check. On Outty we rank every Asheville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Blue Ridge Parkway and Waterfall Hiking Tour from Asheville, Asheville Historic Downtown Guided Electric Bike Tour with Scenic Views, French Broad Gorge Whitewater Rafting Trip. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Asheville?

    +

April to June and October for autumn colour. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Asheville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
