One of the best ceramics experiences so far.
One of the best ceramics experiences I’ve had so far. Wendy and Eric are absolute sweethearts and incredibly funny. Definitely a must try if you’re in Barcelona

Absolute recommendation
It was a really, really great workshop! Even my brother, who was skeptical, was enthusiastic and we are already looking forward to our works! Thank you very much, Wendy and Eric, for this great evening! It was an absolute highlight of our Barcelona vacation!

A Wonderful and Creative Pottery Experience
For me, this was an incredible and heartwarming experience. Wendy and Eric are such amazing people. They carefully walk you through the different types of glazes and the techniques for creating your own piece. In our case, we made a mug. There were a total of 6 people in the class, which made the atmosphere feel very friendly, personal, and welcoming. The class lasted for 2 and a half hours, but the time flew by so quickly because it was so engaging and enjoyable. Wendy first showed us the different techniques for shaping a mug while we practiced on test pieces so she could correct our mistakes and help us improve. When it came time to make the mug we would actually keep, she let us choose one of the three techniques, while providing help and advice along the way. Overall, this was an amazing and interactive experience that was worth every second of time. I would highly recommend this pottery class to anyone looking for a creative and enjoyable activity.

You need to visit this place!
This is a very special place! The owners, Eric and Wendy, will make the ceramics workshop a very pleasant learning experience during which you will tap into your creativity and flow. It was such a pleasure to see them so passionate about what they do and so capable of passing this passion and knowledge so skilfully to the participants. I have been to other ceramics workshops in Barcelona and this has been by far the greatest one! I'm already planning my next visit with friends. Thank you so much, Eric and Wendy, you can't be more lovely!

First expirience with pottery, very recomendable!
Eric and Wendy trated us with much warmth and humor. We learned many pottery techniques. We were given advice but also artistic freedom to build our mug. Very cozy and friendly space to get in touch with clay! Lovely expirience, lovlier couple of artisans!

Why this scores 85
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.
How much does Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $47 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.
Is Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 85 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 203 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 12. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2.5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience?
+
Around 71 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Artisan Ceramic Cup Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Barcelona?
+
Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Girona & Dali Museum Small Group Tour with Pick-up from Barcelona. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Barcelona?
+
May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Barcelona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
