Made challenging trip more challenging, and extra expense at end
The experience would have been alright, except for two significant problems. First, it is near impossible to find the Enterprise kiosk in the México City airport. The sign is very small in the window, and it is with another car rental agency. None of the shop keepers or other car rental places seemed to know where Enterprise was. I walked an enormous distance, the length of the airport, with all of my luggage, following the directions of various shop keepers and rental agents, only to find out the kiosk was back where I started. Even then, walking all the way back I walked by the kiosk twice. Probably lost 45 minutes to an hour looking for it. The other agencies have several kiosks each, well marked, and easy to find. Second, when I returned the car, five days later, there was something wrong with the tire, a bubble or scrape or something with the exterior rubber. They informed me I had to pay for a new tire, even though I had paid a really large sum for total coverage of the vehicle. They showed me the fine print on the contract that tires and a few other things on the bottom of the car were not included in the total coverage package. The roads in Mexico City and other towns are quite bad compared to US roads. I have no idea how the tire was damaged, and I couldn't really see anything. But their professional eyes could see it. Admittedly, with all the pot holes, topes, and even streets with cobblestone streets in one of the towns I visited, as well as valet parking a few times, the rubber on the tire could have easily been damaged. The price I had to pay kept coming down, because I was unhappy about it. Seemed pretty unreasonable. Basically, in the end I had to pay around $50 or so. Which is not a lot in the grand scheme, but I don't like the feeling of being fleeced. And I imagine other people who don't speak Spanish and won't take issue would have had to pay a couple hundred bucks. I am not sure if the other rental companies would have done the same. Maybe they would have. Wasn't all a bad experience. People were friendly and helpful the first day when I checked in.
Response from the operator: Dear Sir, this reviews is not for our company, as we offer transportation services , we are not a car rental company. Regards,

Delayed flight- No problem, Driver waiting for us
Our flight was delayed by an hour. Our driver was at the designated area waiting for us. He was professional, courteous. The car was nicely air conditioned and a perfect size for our luggage.
Response from the operator: Dear Edgar, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are happy to hear our driver was waiting for you after your delayed flight. We hope to assist you for future trips worldwide. Please visit our website RhomTrip.com Regards,

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mexico City.
How much does Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car cost?
+
Prices start at $62 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mexico City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car take?
+
Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mexico City is not rushed.
Is Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mexico City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mexico City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mexico City and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Arrival Private Transfer Mexico City Airport MEX to Mexico by Car start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mexico City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mexico City?
+
On Outty we rank every Mexico City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Frida Kahlo VIP [Museum Tickets Included] Walk, Markets & Churros, Local Foodie Adventure CDMX: Tacos & more with Sherpa Food Tours, Mexico City Historical Centre Food Tour with 7 Tastings & Drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mexico City?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mexico City?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
