About this experience

Tour combining history and architecture. A walk through the imperial city where we will know the history since the arrival of the kings of Portugal, many constructions of the time that are still intact and to finish the tour an internal walk through one of the most famous breweries in Brazil. Important: This itinerary takes place on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. During Tuesdays and Wednesdays we visit the wax museum, instead of the brewery, as the brewery does not open to the public during Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The rest of the itinerary stays the same.

    The Quitandinha Palace or Hotel is a Brazilian palace, located in Petrópolis, state of Rio de Janeiro. It is the largest palace in Brazil and one of the largest in Latin America, with 50,000 m² of built area and six floors, divided into 440 apartments and 13 large rooms up to 10 meters high. The dome of the Mauá hall became the second largest in the world, 30 m high and 50 m in diameter.
