Great visit aside from Machu Picchu! Maybe better?!?
This is a must do when in Lima, especially if on a short trip. This is the largest archaeological site in Peru and was conquered and inhabited by the Incas. Larger than Machu Picchu! Our guide Manuel was excellent and full of knowledge. He explained how the timeline of the different civilizations that lived here were different and of importance. We stopped in Barraco as well to visit the plaza and artist works.

Unforgettable Pachacamac Experience with an Outstanding Guide
We visited Pachacamac and it was one of the best experiences of our trip to Lima. Everything was very well organized, from the punctual hotel pickup to every detail throughout the tour.
