The one section is for adults and includes a large number of extreme slides with high adrenaline and the other section for children. It is famous as the first water park in the Balkan region. The slides are hidden under the weeping willow and the games pass between the palm trees, bougainvilleas and French marigolds. Above all is clean. This is the most important for a water park. The advantage of this park is that it is on a hill, so you can look around and glimpse different corners of beauty and fun without getting tired. Top technical equipment, automated control systems and water purification systems are currently in use. Acqua Plus is proud of its reputation for cleanliness, hospitality and most importantly, FUN. The water park offers from than 50 different slides, games and facilities. The stuff is very friendly and very helpful. The Park has received the Certificate of Excellence from the popular website Trip Advisor. Acqua Plus was the first to put in to action the cashless bracelet technology with a tailor made system that is more sophisticated than any other water park in the world. Another thing you don’t have to worry is waiting lines. Not skip the queue

Its not skip the line at all, you may as well queue its no quicker. The floors are very slippy in some places I really hurt my knee when my foot went under me

Response from the operator: Dear Mingus, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations, particularly with the wait time and the slippery floors. We aim to minimize delays with our "skip the line" service, but high visitor volumes can sometimes cause unexpected waits. Your safety is a top priority, and we have alerted our partners at the water park about the floor conditions to prevent future issues. Thank you and we hope to assist you again soon with your excursion plans.

Staff not able to verify viator tickets

Great water park with lots of variations in the types of slides and rides, and nice layout of the park. My 17 yr old loved it. However, this water park isn't geared up for the barcode tickets (we had no facility to print the tickets but had them on phone). Arrived early which was lucky because we had to wait for a manager to come and deal with the tickets which the staff were unfamiliar with, and the manager then took photos of our tickets on our phones and went off to check with someone. It was all fine in the end, but by then the bus loads of the the park visitors had arrived and the queues were building. Other than that fiasco, everything else went well.

Response from the operator: Dear Clare, Thank you for your review of the water park. We're pleased to hear your 17-year-old enjoyed the slides and rides, and that you found the park layout enjoyable. We apologize for the inconvenience with the barcode ticketing process. We understand the frustration and appreciate your patience. Your feedback is valuable, and we will work with the park management to improve the handling of mobile tickets during busy times. We look forward to ensuring a smoother experience for you on your next bookings!

No regard for safety... And try to charge you for stuff you didn't buy

I came to the park on Monday with my wife and 2 kids for the 1st time for my daughters birthday. However we left feeling with a bitter taste and not wanting to come back.  1 - On the Crazy River ride I went down with my 2 kids. I came off the float at the 1st drop only to find there is no lifeguard here. I was then unable to get back on my float and before I know it there were 10 other people in the pool. It was very dangerous. I climbed out of the pool and didn't know where I was and still no help came at all whilst people piled up in the 1st drop. Eventually I managed to just walk off the ride. When I complained to the lifeguards they ignored me.  2 - My kids decided they wanted to go on the ride again later. My daughter (8 years old) was trying to get into her float and slipped down the slide and had to climb back up to get in the float. The life guard didn't even bother to help her. She eventually completed the ride and left the ride in tears.  3 - I went to management to complain who didn't apologise or try to make amends. They radio someone and then said it should be ok now.  4 - Later my kids went back on the ride and still no life guard at the 1st drop. My kids got stuck at this drop. I ended up climbing into the slide area to then push them down the slide.  5 - Again complained to guards who ignored us.  6 - As riders come off the slide they were not sharing floats so the kids couldn't get a float. I told the life guard at the bottom and other managers who were at the bottom of the slide and both ignored us or said to us "no English".  7 - Throughout the park the guards are not present. They don't wear anything to make them standout and they don't seem to pay attention to the riders.  From a safety aspect I am horrified at your park.  8 - Upon leaving our wristbands were scanned and somehow on the kids wristbands there were 3 beers???? I havnet drunk alcohol in 50 years and my wife doesn't drink. How on earth did this end up in our bill. We then had to argue this and refuse to pay and only pay for the items we ordered for lunch.

Response from the operator: Dear Bart, Our guest satisfaction and safety are consistently our foremost priorities. Upon reading your review, we promptly reached out to our partners at the waterpark. We were informed that you had previously shared the same review with an email with them, and they had already extended a complimentary park visit to you. However, it came to our attention that despite mentioning that you were 4 persons at the first visit, your recent visit included a total of 8 persons. It is heartening to learn that this time your experience was notably positive, and we are pleased to hear that you expressed gratitude to the waterpark staff before departing. We are genuinely delighted that your recent visit left you thoroughly satisfied.

Aquaplus Admission Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Heraklion.

How much does Aquaplus Admission Ticket cost?

+

Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Heraklion usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Aquaplus Admission Ticket take?

+

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Heraklion is not rushed.

Is Aquaplus Admission Ticket worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 35 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Heraklion, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Aquaplus Admission Ticket?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Aquaplus Admission Ticket suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Aquaplus Admission Ticket?

+

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Heraklion can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Heraklion and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Aquaplus Admission Ticket start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Heraklion within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Heraklion?

+

On Outty we rank every Heraklion experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Knossos - Zeus Cave - Old Traditional Villages-Olive Oil Factory, Knossos & Lasithi Plateau: Zeus Cave, Villages, Olive Oil Tour, 5Hour Safari Tour in Crete(Heraklion)with Quad,Jeep,Buggy & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Heraklion?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Heraklion?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
