Serious issues with the service
We paid several hundred pounds for the service for our family of four. As I have mobility issues, but don’t need a wheelchair, we thought it would be a good idea to buy the service to get us through the notorious Antalya airport queues. There were several issues almost from the beginning of the process. We got through the initial kiosk and then initial security, smoothly and quickly. Just a note that there is no help with baggage at this stage or any stage. Fine.. but once we got through to the check-in area, that’s where all the problem started. There was quite a wait until we got checked in. Initially they misidentified us as another family and we’re telling us that our names don’t match our flight. Then when they realized the mistake they made, they asked us to wait. We waited almost 20 minutes at which point we had to remind them we were still waiting and then they took us to the check-in desk again. The check-in process took a very long time. Then we were made to wait again until enough other families had checked in before being allocated guide to take us through the terminal. So all in all we spent almost an hour through this process. I have mobility issues and I informed the stuff about this. Nonetheless, once a guide finally was allocated to us, and we left the check-in area she jolted in front of the group at almost a running pace. We couldn’t even reach her to tell her to slow down and feared we would lose her in the terminal. In any case, we got through the terminal quite quickly. And arrived at the lounge, which was of average quality. We were flying business anyway, so the lounge wasn’t an added extra per se. All in all, this was questionably a quicker process, but not nearly stress-free enough. The staff weren’t friendly and it felt like a tug of war between waiting around for ages and being catapulted across the term terminal.

Disappointing Meet & Assist experience at Antalya Airport We used the Elite / Fast Track service at Antalya Airport as part of our hotel package. I was travelling alone with two young children. During check-in, a stressful situation occurred regarding seating and excess baggage. I fully understand that airline rules are not controlled by the Fast Track team. However, my disappointment is related to the level of assistance provided by the Meet & Assist representatives. They were present during the situation, but instead of helping with communication or providing support, they only repeated that the flight was full and did not offer any real assistance. For a premium service designed to make the airport experience easier and more comfortable, especially for families with children, I expected a much higher level of care and involvement. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future passengers. Antalya elite lounge
I'm a nervous flyer so we thought be a good idea to book while at hotel. The first experience at the booth was fine we put bags on belt easy, then followed a guy to the Lounge, he then disappeared i had to ask him quickly before he left do we get guided through to gate( never used this service before felt a little daunting) he said no check board!! There was only 1 duty free shop which wasn't what we were looking for so had to go downstairs!We thought we would have something to eat. Not a lot of choice just spicey chicken and rice which i don't eat, so carrot and tomato is all i ate feeling quiet hungry!! Don't seem to cater for dietary requirements!! Procescco isn't included just wine and beer? Little disappointing to be honest!! No one spoke in the lounge or explained what's included and what isn't so felt it was totally lack of communication!! My plastic carton if water expanded on plane so bag ended up soaked!! It was a lot of money for the short time we were in the lounge!!£208 first experience was really looking forward to this but lacked communication and guidance!!!
