Experience Peruvian culture via its food
We had a lovely time with Ruth and Cesar making three different kinds of Peruvian breads. The atmosphere was fun and lively and the instruction was simple and straightforward (with a bit of creativity). This class is a must try if you’re in Lima and you’d like to try your hand at making bread - no prior experience necessary. In addition to bread we made and enjoyed a vegetarian causa, which was a nice surprise and was very tasty. This class is a lovely, fun, and interesting way to experience a piece of Peruvian culture through its food!

Fantastic instructors, great class! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This bread baking class was informative, relaxed, and fun. Josep and Kevin were great instructors. I didn’t just learn about bread baking, I also learned a lot about Peruvian culture and history. They were both very friendly and kind, and I really felt welcomed. The breads were so interesting and delicious! In addition to the bread, we made a delicious jam, chicken roullade and garlic butter to go with it. I highly recommend this class.

A faire absolument !
An amazing experience from start to finish! Visiting the market with a local was truly fascinating and gave me great insight into the ingredients and culture. The cooking class was excellent, fun, clear, and very engaging. I was lucky enough to be the only participant, so it turned into a private lesson, which made it even more special. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, with a special mention to Gio, who was exceptionally sweet and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We are so happy that your Andean Breads Cooking Class turned into a special private lesson. It is great to hear that you found the market visit fascinating and that Gio’s kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. We appreciate the high recommendation! Best regards, Marketing Team
