Disappointing

Disappointed, the place is spotless and i highly recommend the park for families. However all the rides have weight restrictions, whilst this is not an issue in general it was when riding the Raft and Rock rides. We were turned way as they weigh you and there was noone in the queue that we could team with as with another three persons we were told it was too much, the life guards told them they could ride ride but only one of us could the other should leave, this felt unfair as we had watched other couples wait for either two or one rider to join them. I felt embarrassed having to return down the stairs as it looked like we had been turned away for being too heavy, which essentially we had. This experience really tainted the day ( hence the three stars) the other rides were great as we came well under the weigh limits even with two of us. Be aware of the weight restrictions on these rides as it is the joint weight of 4 or 5 people and be prepared to be split up on theses rides.

Andamanda Phuket is stunning and fun! Thai-themed, clean, and packed with slides—kids loved it every time we visited.

We’ve visited Andamanda Phuket Waterpark multiple times, and it continues to impress. It’s not just big—it’s beautifully themed, clean, and thoughtfully designed for families. The park spans over 100 acres and features 32 slides, 5 themed zones, and a massive 10-rai wave pool, making it one of Thailand’s largest and most immersive waterparks 1, 2, 3. The Thai mythology-inspired design adds a unique cultural touch, with limestone cliffs, temples, and treasure-themed zones that elevate the experience beyond just slides. It’s visually stunning and makes for great photo ops—especially for guests who appreciate thoughtful aesthetics. Safety and cleanliness are top-notch. Lifeguards are attentive, facilities are well-maintained, and signage is clear. There are shaded areas, cabanas, and plenty of seating, which makes it easy to relax between rides. Even after several visits, the park doesn’t feel repetitive—there’s always a favorite slide to revisit or a new zone to explore. Food options are decent and fairly priced for a tourist attraction. You’ll find Thai staples, snacks, and kid-friendly meals. Lockers are available, and ticket redemption is smooth—especially if booked online. For families, this is a must-visit. It’s one of the few attractions in Phuket that truly balances excitement, comfort, and cultural charm. Whether it’s your first time or fifth, Andamanda delivers a full-day experience that’s both fun and relaxing.

Very good day in family

Everything was fine. You are not allowed to bring water and food. You are provided with a rechargeable bracelet (no cash or credit card in the park). They advise 500 baths per person. You are weighed before each attraction and it is long enough for some but the lifeguards really respect the safety instructions.

Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Phuket.

How much does Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket cost?

+

Prices start at $37 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Phuket usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Phuket is not rushed.

Is Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Phuket, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phuket can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phuket and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Andamanda Phuket Waterpark Admission Ticket start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phuket within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Phuket?

+

On Outty we rank every Phuket experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Southern Flavors Phuket Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, James Bond Island by Big Boat w/ Sea Cave Canoeing and Lunch, Phang Nga Bay Canoeing & James Bond Island Tour from Phuket. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Phuket?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Phuket?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
