DO NOT TAKE THIS "TOUR"!!! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!!!
DO NOT TAKE THIS “TOUR”!!! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!! One star is the lowest rating I could give but they deserve zero or lower. I do not like to give bad reviews, and never have, but this operator is a scammer! The driver said after two hours and five minutes into our three hour tour that he will be driving us and the other customer back and that will take half an hour. When we all asked why is he ending early especially since we hadn’t seen many of the sites listed on the itinerary we booked. He said it won’t be early. What?? Do the math!! We paid a lot of $ for six people and didn’t get what we booked. The driver spent half the time complaining how the Italian Police always stop them and fine them 4000 Euros and that by next year these golf cart tours will not exist. He claimed it’s usually for talking to the customers because it is not allowed by law. He repeatedly reminded us not to say to anyone he is not a tour guide, that he's just a driver! And sure enough, he was stopped by a police officer. That took 20 minutes more out of our so called tour! So why are they selling these “tours” if they are not legal and then they end up scamming the paying customers?! Four of the six of us couldn't even hear the driver because his mike was broken, according to him. What a horrible experience! Viator is also awful because they strung us along with our complaint to them then said the “tour” company did not approve any compensation. NEVER using Viator again.
