    Awesome Day Trip to Corinth

George was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It was a fantastic day learning all about Corinth, the Canal, walking the path of Paul, and the surrounding area. Highly recommend George specially for this trip.

    Private half day Corinth

We had a lovely morning tour of Corinth - the canal, ancient city and fortress. Yiannis was a delightful and well versed guide who took good care of me and my mother during our half day tour. He accommodated our every need and was a pleasure to chat with.

Lovely half day in Ancient Corinth and Akrokorinth

Corinth is a beautiful and easy half day destination from Athens. Our driver, Yiannis, was very well versed on the history and significance of the area and a delight to spend the morning with.

    John was wonderful....

John was wonderful. Fluent in English—apologies for my lack of second language skills. Very knowledgeable and able to discuss higher level topics, including classical and current politics and economics. Also, comfortable with silence. Ancient Corinth site is varied. Pauline elements are sparse, but that’s the fact and still sufficient. Nice that such items were not manufactured. Overall site covers long span of history and is true to what has been uncovered. Side stops at canal and fortress added good context and variety.

    Half Day Corinth tour

This tour was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Ancient Corinth and Acrocorinth were so unique and beautiful with way less crowds than the Athenian Acropolis. Nikos was excellent and very flexible with timing - we brought our 2 little kids who took longer for stops and breaks etc and he was very accommodating and even had booster seats ready for us. The lunch spot Nikos picked for us was incredible with amazing views and the best food of the trip honestly, and the Acrocorinth hike was stunning and beautiful! I would definitely book again. Beautiful photos and memories made on this trip!

Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.

How much does Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens cost?

    +

Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.

Is Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 52 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens?

    +

Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ancient Corinth Half-Day Private Tour from Athens start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Athens?

    +

On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Small Group Greek Traditional Food Tour in Athens 20+ Tastings, Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Athens?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Athens?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
