Phenomenal tour with informative driver
We had a wonderful time seeing Corinth and other sites on our private tour. The driver, Pedro’s, was safe, on time, and full of wonderful information about the area and history. This tour was a highlight of our time in Greece. Our driver even took the time to add an extra stop to see the port where the apostle Paul departed Corinth when he learned Paul was of particular interest to us. He never rushed us and encouraged us to spend as much time as we wanted at each site. I wish we had booked Warm Penguin for more of our days in Athens.
Response from the operator: Your wonderful review was really nice for all of us to read. Thank you so much for choosing us for your tour! We hope to see you back again in the future. Best Wishes from all of us at Warmpenguin Tours

This was our favorite day spent in Greece! Our guide (amazing man, Vascilios) took incredible care of us, had a real depth of knowledge, was easy going with us and kind. I am so grateful for this very special day. Everyone should do it. It is worth the investment.

Professional Private Tour of sites in Athens and Peloponnese
day one: We were picked up at the port (Pireaus) and saw the temple of Posiedon, the acropolis/parthenon, the acropolis Museum, changing of the guards, the Olympic stadium, and more that day. Giannis, the driver, was a real professional, and Maria, the tour guide, led us thru the acropolis and surrounding area, providing insight and information. They also found us a great lunch spot, shoreside day two: We were picked up at our Athens hotel and traveled thru the northeast portion of the Peloponnese, sites included the Corinth Canal, ancient Corinth, Mycenae (the Lions gate and the treasury/tombs), with a lunch break in Nafplion, and Epidavros (Asclepieion, the birthplace of scientific medicine). Giannis, continued his role as the driver in Greece, and Ellios (sp), the tour guide, led us thru those sites, providing detailed information and background. Due to COVID in 2020, we cancelled this trip and Warm Penguin provided us a refund. Scroll forward to 2022 every person associated with Warm Penguin was professional, polite, and helpful. We plan to return to Greece and pick up where we left off with additional tours by Warm Penguin.
Response from the operator: Dear Sam, thank you for your lovely words. We are so glad you enjoyed your tours with us. We hope to meet you again in the future. Warm wishes from all the team at Warmpenguin!

Why this scores 71
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.
How much does Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens cost?
+
Prices start at $86 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.
Is Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ancient Corinth and Nafplio Private Day Trip from Athens start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Athens?
+
On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Small Group Greek Traditional Food Tour in Athens 20+ Tastings, Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Athens?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Athens?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
