    Request Peter- great guide

The day started with a pick up at our hotel- so convenient. We were so excited to tour ancient Corinth and experience where apostle Paul stood. Our private driver and guide was Peter. He was extremely knowledgeable in Paul’s history, shared with us Greek history which prepared us for the tour. (While driving) So it made the drive go by so fast. Peter was very kind, generous and was also interested in our country. (USA) Paul gave us time to have lunch before we headed back to Athens. On the way to Corinth we stopped at the canal, bridge, and then Acient Corinth. It was very memorable and a pleasant experience

    Peter Made Corinth!

★★★★★ My wife and I had an outstanding private tour of Corinth, and much of that was thanks to Peter. Peter is a second-generation resident of Corinth with a deep love for his city, its history, and its people. From the moment he picked us up, he treated us with exceptional kindness and hospitality. He had cold bottled water available throughout the day, surprised us with local desserts and coffee in the morning, and made sure we were comfortable at every stop. What truly set Peter apart was the personal care he showed us. He opened the door for my wife at every stop, took photos for us throughout the day, and never made us feel rushed. He adjusted the pace to fit our interests and took time to get to know us as people rather than simply transporting us from one site to another. Peter shared fascinating insights about Corinth, Greece, and the local culture. His pride in his hometown was evident everywhere we went. We especially appreciated the conversations we had throughout the day. As fellow Christians, it was encouraging to spend time with someone whose faith and character were reflected in the way he served others. He took countless photos for us, offered to send them afterward, and even provided his contact information so we could reach out with questions long after our trip was over. The sites of ancient Corinth were incredible, but Peter’s warmth, professionalism, generosity, and genuine care made this one of the most memorable days of our entire trip to Greece. If you have the opportunity to tour Corinth with Peter, do not hesitate. My wife and I give him our highest recommendation. Thank you, Peter, for an unforgettable day.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are truly delighted to hear that your visit to Corinth was such a memorable experience and that Peter played such an important role in making your day special. As a proud Corinthian, Peter is passionate about sharing the history, culture, and beauty of his hometown, and it is wonderful to know that his knowledge, hospitality, and genuine care helped create such a meaningful connection throughout your tour. Your kind words about Peter’s attentiveness, generosity, professionalism, and personal touches will mean a great deal to him. We believe that exceptional tours are about more than just visiting remarkable sites—they are about creating lasting memories and meaningful experiences, and we are thrilled that Peter exceeded your expectations. Thank you again for your highest recommendation, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Greece for another unforgettable journey in the future.

Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.

How much does Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs cost?

    +

Prices start at $37 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.

Is Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Museum, & Canal - Private Tour 5Hrs start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Athens?

    +

On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Small Group Greek Traditional Food Tour in Athens 20+ Tastings, Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Athens?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Athens?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
