• Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.
• Guest is responsible to notify us for any delays. After 15 minutes if no contact with the party, we reserve the right to recorded the trip as a No-Show by the Guest.
• Guests are responsible to ensure they have the proper safety gear when traveling with children. However, upon request, we will provide child seats for an additional fee.
• We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles.
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, we reserve the right to hire an Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pick up/drop off information. In the event we see the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, we will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get service interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
• Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee is listed in the "Exclusions" section of this product.
• The Service Operator is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• The Car Service operator will do their best to accommodate a Bi-Lingual driver upon request, and availability. However, the Tour Operator gives no guarantees that a Bi-Lingual driver will be provided. All drivers speak English, and may, or not speak a second language.
• On the day of travel, please call the transfer operator directly at their phone number for any transfer inquiries.
• At RapidShuttle Transfers, passenger safety is our highest priority. Every driver must strictly comply with all local traffic laws, speed limits, and safe driving practices at all times. Seatbelt use is mandatory for all passengers and drivers before the vehicle moves. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for safety violations; any reported safety concerns are investigated immediately and may result in the suspension or termination of the driver's employment or contract.
• Seatbelts: All vehicles are equipped with mandatory seatbelts for all passengers.
• California Child Restraint Requirements • Under 2 Years Old: Must ride in a rear-facing car seat in the back seat unless they weigh 40 or more pounds or are 40 or more inches tall (California Vehicle Code § 27360). Rear-facing seats must never be placed in front of an active airbag
• Must be properly secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat.
• Age 8 or Older (or at least 4 feet 9 inches tall): May use a standard vehicle safety belt only if it fits properly (lap belt low on the hips and shoulder belt across the center of the chest); otherwise, they must remain in a booster seat. (Note: California Assembly Bill 435 adds specific 5-step seat-belt fit requirements for children ages 8 to 15 starting January 1, 2027.)
• Back Seat Rule: Children under 13 years old are strongly recommended to ride in the back seat.
• Child Seats: Child seats and booster seats are available upon request through the rental or transport provider.
