Had the best of times ...

We had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy the Pasta and Tiramisu experience with Chef Paola during our visit to Florence in April. It was a wonderful, authentic, and enjoyable evening away from the busy pace of our two week trip through Italy. Chef Paola welcomed us and taught us the approach to simple Italian cooking in a relaxed and fun environment. She is knowledgeable, personable and genuine. Her culinary experience, education, joy of life and cooking made for a great memory we will talk about for a long time. One of the highlights of our trip!
