A great ride with the afluka on the nile!
We had an amazing ride with the Afluka on the Nile to Banana Island and back. The captain was so friendly and even let us join in steering the boat, which made it our very first experience controlling a felucca! During the ride, they shared a lot of interesting stories and details about the island and the Nile. On Banana Island, we got the chance to see a baby crocodile up close and even meet a playful monkey – such a unique experience. On the way back, we were treated to fresh bananas and the best black tea we’ve ever had (and trust us, we drink a lot of black tea!). The whole trip was relaxing, fun, and memorable – highly recommended if you want a mix of adventure, culture, and relaxation on the Nile.
