It wasn’t terrible but not the best either.

It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. Our guide, “Skinny Boy”, was phenomenal! Enjoyed having him as our guide. Super nice, very helpful, and motivated us to be adventurous. My problem was the setup. There should be a way to sign up for specific activities and guests be grouped by the amount of time it would take to complete the chosen activities. Instead, we were grouped with folks that were doing several other things causing us to wait 2+ hours to return to our hotel. Items overpriced. $32 for generic goggles?? C’mon now. Most tours were very specific about what was included - noting that lunch was tacos. This one advertised a Mayan style lunch. So, we were expecting a full lunch experience like we’ve had here before with another company. It was a full buffet with drinks provided. We were tickled to find out that we only received 2 tacos and a cup of water from the cooler. If I had nothing to compare this experience to, maybe my review would be different. But, we’ve been here before and had better. I just wish I could have found the company’s name so that my kids could have experienced it. Oh well.

    travel was terrible

Travel was terrible. We were told we would arrive back at our hotel at 2:30pm we did not get picked up till 3:10pm. After they realize they messed up they stopped talking to us and wouldn’t give us any answers.

    Fun day out of resort

We booked this last minute due to another tour operator cancelling. It was good fun but my partner and another visitor could not participate in the zipline as they only held small or medium harness sizes. No apologies were offered or any other activity to do in the meantime. Zipline was fun if you could participate. Horse riding and ATV was fun but the ATV was not in the best shape which meant that the drive was not as pleasant as it could be. The wheels were not aligned which caused issues in any turn. Cenote was nice to see. You are not allowed your phones during the activity which means only they can take photos. They claim it's for health and safety but have been plenty of places in which they allow mobile phones. You can only buy photo packages as well rather than individual photos. Each package is around the $60 USD mark. Overall the staff were very good and attentive but let down a bit that my partner could not join in on the zipline.

Didn't make it but refund was offered.

We actually did not go on this. Our phones did not reset so we were 2 hours late. But they did give us half our money back. So, we say a win.

Response from the operator: Hello travelers! We understand that you were not able to do the activities because you did not attend the pick up point, we hope you are well, best regards damian.

Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included cost?

    +

Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included take?

    +

Plan for about 4.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included?

    +

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 4.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Amazing ATV Tour, Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and round trip included start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
